Christianity is not a religion. It is the outworking in the consciousness of man of the Plan of God, and the revelation of the truth of that Plan. Christianity has its root in Christ. Christian is that in which Christ is in action. Christianity is the result of the action of Christ in man, by which "God with us" was revealed. This is to say that God as Divine Qualities became identified in consciousness, conformed in spirit, soul, mind and body (will) to the unfolding Laws of the Plan of God that operated to produce the race and the planet. Thus the Plan that was in Heaven, in ideal, became identified in Earth in reality. Heaven is the totality of the known spirits of God, or the known Intelligence’s of the Divine or Creative Mind. Earth is the formed expression of these Intelligence’s by which the Will of God can be done in Man as it is in Heaven (Spirit: God, Christ). Christ is the means by which the Qualities or Intelligence’s of the Divine Spirit, as God, are made actual as being in the consciousness of man, and from this actuality, the Qualities are made known.

The Identification and Growth of Christianity

The identification of Christianity was with the first coming of Christ, that is, with the first movement of the Spirit of God from the Absolute Plane of Being to Man or consciousness, the relative plane. The Spirit of God, as Christ, identified first in Ideal. Thus Christianity became an Ideal to be attained in those who centered their faith, hope and devotion toward the Spirit of God, as Christ. The Spirit unidentified is God, but its identification in consciousness (Man as God created him to be, coordinated in spirit, soul, mind and body, by which the authority of God can govern) is Christ. The so-called Christian religion that followed this identification is not the reality of Christianity, but only a symbolical representation of it. The Catholic church, claiming to be the first identified church, contains the symbols. The statue of Mary, the Virgin, is not Mary the Virgin Principle, for this is the Mother Principle of God, with which the Father Principle conjoins to bring forth the child of the Spirit, that is man or woman in whom is the spirit of Christ. However, Christ being the Male-Female Pole of God requires a consciousness conformed to its nature, by which it can assert its presence and power, therefore a man or a woman in consciousness of Christ is a virginal state: that is, a male-female state in one form of being; though such a state is the central organism of Christ's identification.

Christianity, at its identification, became an ideal to which people could look. It also personalized itself to a character, by which Christ was functioned, because people needed to attain to the capacity of "Christ in you, the hope of glory." But the centralization of their religious thought and devotion to an organism of consciousness, which represented "God with us," was a means by which they could connect, in the time of their growth and unfoldment, with the Qualities of God (Being) with which the first-born ego connected. Thus, they centralized to a state of consciousness to which the Divine Plan centered, and indirectly invited a like unfoldment of qualities in themselves, provided their advancement would permit; though it is not until the second coming of Christ that the many who received the Qualities of Being, disseminated in the Law of the Cross, could become children of God, and those who believed in His Name could enter into a greater consciousness of "God with us." The first coming of Christ revealed the ideals, but the second coming of Christ reveals the Principles and Laws by which these ideals are made actual and real; though this had already worked out in the first ego to attain Christ. Being always precedes knowing in the outworking of God's Plan.

The letter of religion, centered to Christianity, followed the first coming of Christ, but the spirit of Christianity is identified at the second coming, now working out. The ideal upheld by the early Christians (so-called) was symbolical, for it was not until the opening of the Plan of the second coming of Christ, the last century, that that ideal could become actual and real in those capable of functioning the Principles and Laws of the Plan of God. It was the introduction of the reality of Christianity the last century that caused the unreality of so-called Christianity to become negative and apparently dead. This is in keeping with Divine Law. The old dies down in the life of the individual as the new is promoted; even so the promotion of the new ideas and qualities of Christianity the last century in the race caused the dying down of the letter and symbol of religion, centered to so-called Christianity. This does not mean that Christianity has failed, for embracing eternal Principles, it can never fail nor be outlawed; but it does imply that the letter is superseded by the spirit of Christianity, and the symbol is overwritten by the reality, gained in the unfolding states of consciousness that partake of the Spirit of God, or Christ.

As the real church is established, that is, consciousness as the temple of God, in which God can be worshipped in spirit and in truth, the symbolical churches are lessened in their power and capacity to attract the people. There may be a time when the people, detaching from the letter, are not united with the spirit of Christianity, which is a time of test of faith and devotion, as to whether they look toward the world or toward God; yet, this is necessary to permit detachment from the old forms of worship so as to give opportunity for people to find themselves, and to determine their genuine status of advancement, Those who ran ahead of this transition of the race and superseded the letter of religion with the spirit of enlightenment and devotion to a living God and Christ, as many have the last century, are the servants of God by which the further Plan of God is unfolded in the race, and its fuller outworking identified among men. These know that Christianity is not in church membership but in the capacity of people to attach to the Spirit of Christ, by which they may be opened in the consciousness to worship Him in spirit and in truth. These have already separated from the formal religions of the world, that needed to stand as symbols and letters of Christianity, until the establishment of its livable Principles among men. These understand the transition through which the churches and religions of the world are passing, and look upon this dying down of a symbolical Christianity, in the face of the outworking of an actual livable Christianity, with hope and gladness; because they witness the fulfillment of the Word, as it revealed its intention at its first introduction into the consciousness of the race.

Jesus Christ An Eternal Principle of God

It is written of Jesus Christ that he is the same, yesterday, today and forever. This is because Jesus Christ is a combined Word that represents the unfoldment of the Body and Spirit of the Word Itself. The Word is God. It means to speak. Its speaking gives rise to its Intelligence’s or Qualities, which aggregated as identified Spirit, constitute Christ. The embodiment of these Qualities is called Jesus. Jesus means God With Us, that is the Qualities of God or Being identified in consciousness or Man. Man is consciousness conformed to the Principles and Laws of God contained in the Qualities of Being whether it applies to a male or to a female; though the male is called Man and the female is called Woman. Mortals, as divided or sexual states of consciousness do not function Christ, that is, embody the Spirit of God. For this reason, "Ye must be born again," for that which is "born of the flesh is flesh; while that which is born of the Spirit is spirit." It is also written that spiritual man, born of the Spirit, is not born of the will nor blood of the flesh, but through the operation of the Divine Will. The group of egos, born through the operation of the Divine Will are the children of God, and when revealed are called virgins, because they partake of the male-female nature in oneness. That is, they are no longer divided, as are sexual creatures, but are united so as to partake of the nature of the Spirit. For this reason those who follow Christ, the first born, neither marry nor are given in marriage, but become like unto the angels; neither do they die any more but are as the Sons of God, The Sons of God are begotten from the Father Principle, which represents the Intelligence and its Laws of operation. The first-born Son became the Father Principle in identification, hence was the begetter of the children of God; but it requires the raising up of the first-born Daughter, as the Mother Principle of God, to give tangible form of being to the children of God. Thus the second coming of Christ centers to Woman, who as the Bride of the Bridegroom, the Wife of the Lamb, functions the physical outworking of the Plan of God, by which the first-fruit unto God and Christ is revealed; as well as the living men who are mothered by the second Eve, which she is.

The identification among men of the first born Man and the first born Woman, that is, born in Christ, is the establishment in the earth of the Parental Principle of the Word, so that God, as Father-Mother, can manifest the planet and the race in the nature originally intended. For this reason, the great tribulation, such as has never been in the world before, and never will be again, comes at the end of mortality, when the race is passed to immortality, and the first fruit of God and Christ is revealed as the many members of the Body of Christ, though severally members thereof. The Principle by which God does its work to reproduce its heirs, who are also joint-heirs with Christ, is Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is not Person but Principle. Person is the result of the development of the self; though the self-development is in lack of knowledge and love of God. It is the means by which the natural consciousness is completed and made ready for spiritual unfoldment. However, the mortal does not become the immortal, therefore it is necessary for one to exchange all developed in mortality for its equivalent spiritual qualities; as well as bring to naught many material forces that have no counterpartal heavenly qualities, but which have been developed in the world in sense of separation from God.

Sex mean to cut, to divide, to sever, therefore the sexual creature is severed in its own consciousness, the male and the female, as intelligence and love, respectively, being separated. Egos in this separated sense are separated from God and Christ. It is only when this separation is overcome and the ego is joined again with God, this being accomplished by dying to the love of the flesh by which the Love of God, as Mother Principle is gained, that one can be born as a child of God. However, it is the universal action of God, through Jesus Christ, that gives birth to the children of God, using the Parental Center set up through the first-born Man and Woman. Jesus Christ is consciousness in unity of humanity and divinity, by which all twos are controlled to One, this permitting the One to project Itself into the entire race, made up of twos; and thus, as by one man sin entered into the race, through separation, even so by one man grace and life enter into the race. This one man is Christ consciousness, that is, united humanity and divinity, back of which is the Principle of Jesus Christ, which is the action of God in heaven and in earth to introduce more of the Plan of God toward the race to be unfolded and brought to fruition. That which was introduced at the first coming of Christ is harvested as the beginning of the second coming, with a fuller action of God introducing itself to complete the physical outworking of its Plan and to establish immortality. Thus the Principle, Jesus Christ, is the means by which that gained in individual consciousness is universalized toward the race for its unfoldment; though the New Name of God and Christ is identified at the second coming, to indicate the fuller Qualities of Being revealed as the Mother God Principle, identified as the Lamb's wife.

Antichristians

The efforts of antichristians to wipe Christianity off the consciousness of the race, if they could but know it, is their wiping themselves off the record of life and living. The Laws of God are infallible. With what measure people mete, with that measure they receive to themselves. The antichristians might as well try to control God as attempt to say that Christianity must perish. The Judgment of God is operative in the execution of the Laws of God, but people determine by their thoughts, feelings and conduct how that judgment shall act at the end of cycles. The antichristians, who arise at the end of mortality, as it is now ending, are the totality of the forces of darkness, developed from chaos, and are doomed to destruction. But, God, being Intelligence and Love, does not reach out and destroy them as mortals would murder each other, through uncontrolled wills and feelings. What people do in themselves and toward others that they invite in relation to the Laws of Life. The antichristians take a position of opposition toward God and its outworking Principles and Laws, this causing these Principles and Laws to be projected toward them in opposition. The antichristians suffer as a result, but like the old Adam, they look around to see upon whom they can fasten the blame for their dilemma. Each invites his or her own in the Plan of Life, according to the character of the developed forces of spirit, soul, mind and will, whether these forces be good or evil. "God is not mocked; whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap."

The antichristians come to light, with their machinations of lies, hates, hells, at the end of mortality, so that they can be skimmed off and brought to dissolution. When immortality is identified, these forces of chaos and darkness are no longer needed as tares to promote the growth of the wheat, therefore they are gathered to be burned. The Law of Truth that operates in the consciousness of the overcomer, who gains the Spirit of Christ as united Wisdom and Love, by which all antichrist forces are reduced to nothing and Truth is made to be all and in all, is that by which the universal procedure is set up to bring the antichrist forces in all to naught; some by understanding and overcoming, as would characterize the advancing, and some by dissolution and destruction. This dissolution may take forms of destruction, as earthquakes, wars, or other calamities, but the Plan that controls the outer procedure is established on the inner planes of consciousness, in the authority of Christ, to whom is given all power in heaven (the unformed plane of the Spirit) and the earth (the formed plane or body). The antichristians embody all the forces of hell, developed in the devil of themselves, such as conceit, vanity, trickery, subtlety, greed, jealousy, and other hellish forces, hence are assembled for destruction at the end of mortality. The totality of these forces is called Babylon. When Babylon is remembered by God, then her time of dissolution has come, according to scripture. This is to say, that when the forces of darkness and hell can be subjected to Truth, or Christ, they are brought to Light, and unless dissolved in the Light and by it, they are ripe for destruction in the ways the Laws decree.

Christians should not be sad that the antichristian forces arise, but they should draw closer to Christ and its authority over the formed and the unformed planes, and divest themselves of all forces of darkness that might connect them with the destructive forces of the world. In this way, they come out from among the antichristians and become separated for the sake of Christ. Christianity must prove itself in the authority of Christ, the Truth, over the forces developed in the world in lack of knowledge and love of God, and it uses those who love and serve the Cause of Truth, by which to introduce its Light into the world. Though the direct and all encompassing action is through the consciousness of Christ, that is always identified as the Spirit of God, when the time has come for the Laws of God to prove the fruits of the Plan, and to determine that which does not partake of the Spirit of God. People are not necessarily Christian in Spirit because they believe in a God, for God has identified Itself as Christ among men, and has made Christ to be the mediator between man and God; therefore Christians must embrace Christ, in order to partake of the further action of God at the second coming. However, even those who believe on the Name of Christ, identified at the first coming, or in the second, invite to themselves the grace of the action of Divine Laws, by which they are protected and sustained in the transition to immortality, in which plane of living they will come into conscious understanding and love of God and Christ.

The antichristians are the refuse, that which cannot be further progressed, and which opposing the operation of the Laws of God according to the dominant forces of developed knowledge and feeling, invite opposition by which they are destroyed. But this is not without their action of destruction against that to which they are opposed, this being necessary to invite to themselves the opposition of the Spirit that stands back of that which they oppose. The antichristians oppose the Christians, Christianity, God, Christ and all human progression that makes for the development of genuine humanity, with which the divinity can make union to reveal a real state of man. The antichristians are operative on the plane of religion as well as on the plane of government. On the plane of religion, they continue in the symbol and letter of Christianity, which while well and good in the absence of Truth, no longer receives the sanction of the Divine Laws, after Truth has come into the world. Thus these are accounted as the action of self-will and thought in opposition to Divine Will and the knowledge of Truth, revealed through the Spirit of God, as Christ. On the plane of government, the antichristians lay burdens upon the people that will prevent their attaining individual liberty and initiative, by which the real man may be promoted without the obstructions and oppositions set upon the race by political leaders. However, the governmental opposition of antichrist centers to the power of the world, which centers to money, as the self-will mortal has promoted it. For when governments so formulate their procedures as to say to the people, "You cannot eat, wear clothes or have shelter unless we say so, thereby cannot exercise your fundamental God-given Rights, because we fix the financial powers to control and to obstruct your progression, because we have that might and power," they are really saying to God, "You cannot make a man, for we prevent him from living so as to further unfold the forces of spirit, soul, mind and body; even bringing wars upon the race through financial and trade manipulations to kill off millions when we say so." Governments too stand in danger of damnation even as individuals who transgress the laws of life and living.

It is at the end of mortality that the antichristian spirit is brought to dissolution, therefore it is at this time that it arises in worldly might and power to destroy what it may, thereby setting up the law of its own destruction, by inviting to itself what it gives forth. There is no reason for Christians to go to the aid of the antichristians at the end of mortality, but there is every need that Christians shall put on their full armor of truth, that righteousness may prevail. The uncovering of the machinations of evil of the antichristians is a service to them, if they can see their errors and correct them, though people centered to the love of evil will resent their uncovering because they love the darkness and hate the light, and those who shed it forth. Those who seek to dominate the world, and the people in it, through brute force, represent those harvested in the beast that is opposed to the Spirit of the Man, by which Christianity was given to the world as a saving power. However, it must be seen that the conflict of antichristians in the European civilization is greatly directed toward the symbolical Christianity that has claimed to represent the Real Church of Christ in the earth, and which is itself ready for dissolution because of the appearing of the Real Church, and its outworking as the first fruit of God and Christ. But where antichristians seek to destroy Christianity, as though the world should center to chaos, anarchy, bolshevism, gold and greed, because their hearts are evil, there is the fullness of hell and death, ready for destruction. This is the "Red" force that has been sweeping the world, even invading American civilization, where so-called American citizens receive its message as though it solved the problems of living; as though brotherhood and common unity could be built upon blood, murder, greed and destruction.

The Communistic creed starts with a denial of God, therefore establishes the inevitable Law of their being denied by God, at the proving up of mortality and the establishment of immortality. God is a Real Presence and Power, as real as the beat of the heart is to mortals, though those not having experienced "God with us" will consider the idea presumptuous; because they cannot know anything of God except through the Spirit of God that is in them, but which needs to be made alive, through their own unfoldment in keeping with the Plan of Life and Being. The destruction of a false so-called Christianity is inevitable, but only Truth can act in this capacity, establishing understanding where before there was ignorance, love where before there was only faith without works. The antichristians who set out to destroy Christianity are only intent in destroying themselves. By so doing, they save the Christians the dirty work of having to deal with them at the proving up of the cycle. All things work together for good to them who love the Lord, or the Laws of God. Even the enemies can be seen as serving the Divine Plan, if in no other way, than by destroying themselves and the forces they represent by their destructive thoughts, feelings and acts. The whole Plan of living is a spiritual one, >issuing from the Spirit, or God, therefore it is in the spiritual understanding of all things that they are brought to accounting, and the Judgment of Truth projected in their direction. One must look back of the appearance to the righteous judgment underlying it, and know that God rules the planet and the race, and the forces of dissolved darkness are finally used to give tangible form to the Qualities of Light and Truth. The antichristians destroy that which they have built up, themselves included, thus making way for the revelation of the real Christianity and its Plan of Life and living.

Religions and Christianity

Religions have been formed according to the unfolding intelligence of the race. They serve in pointing the folding consciousness of people toward the things of God and Christ, but are themselves not in the Spirit of Christ. Christ does not build churches made with hands nor religions promoted in the unregenerate thought and love of the race. Christ builds habitations for itself, which as temples of God, become means by which God and Christ can eternally abide among men, after the second coming of Christ. The first coming of Christ did not abide, except in the Spirit of the Ideal, for it was expedient that Christ be withdrawn from the race, having no place to lay his head, that is, to rest his Intelligence or Truth, cause consciousness was not yet prepared to function its direct outworking to fashion spiritual man. This function is set up at the second coming of Christ, which consists of all descended from the first coming, raised to consciousness of Truth and Being, as well as the greater works induced through the outworking Plan of God to reveal more of Itself, and to which is joined, at the proper time, that which ascended to the right hand of the Father; or that which belongs to the Plan of God in its own domain and which comes down as the coming of the Sign of the Son of Man (revealed November 17, 1937 or I Am 16) to join that worked out as the second coming. Religions cannot work out the Plan of God nor fulfill the harvest, though they do point people to that Plan and aid in causing them to look toward the Spirit for the real things of living.

Christianity is not a religion, after the manner of men’s minds, but is an outworking Plan of God in the consciousness of those who can receive it, by which the Life, the Truth and the Way of God for the race are made known and livable. The word religion is a good one, meaning to tie again. But when that which has been separated is tied again, we do not have the religionists of the world, but the Christians; for it is the male and the female poles of being that are separated by which egos are separated from God. When these are tied again, the Spirit of God, as Christ, is an omnipresent Power and Presence in the consciousness, giving birth to the Man God created to partake of His-Her Intelligence and Love (or Image and Likeness). The religions of the world do not all inhere in belief in Christ, for we have many doctrines and creeds that center their faith in leaders other than Christ. Such are religions and not the aspects of Christianity. Only those religions that center faith to and recognize the One Master and Leader that was appointed of God, that is Jesus Christ, relate indirectly to Christianity; but these have to be born of the Spirit and enter into the capacity to worship God in spirit and in truth, thereby passing from the religious to the Christian spirit. There are religious leaders who interpret the teachings of Christ, the Truth, as found in the New Schools of religious thought, that are also centering to the Spirit of Christ in an indirect way.

Christianity centers to Christ, the Truth, in a direct way, it being the means by which the Plan of Life unfolds among men in livable ways. The direct followers of Christ will not be found in the religions of the world-thought, but will be found in devotion to Truth, as issuing from the Spirit of Christ. It is the Spirit of Truth that comes again, at the second coming, and teaches anew the meaning of the revelation of the Word's first coming, as well as supplying the greater works by which the kingdom of the world eventually becomes the kingdom of God and His Christ. This involves a reconstruction of the physical domain as well as the domain of spirit, mind and soul. The physical including not only the individual, but the race also. Yet, the racial body as a group is not the Church, but the State. The reconstruction of the affairs of State is part of Christ's greater works, revealed in the second coming, now already among men, and laying the foundation for the real State of individual Man, as well as the Real State or government under which he will live. But this government issues from Christ, the Truth, and not from the religious or political leaders of the world. This is the government of righteousness to be set up at the passing of the unrighteous system of living.
