Equality and Justice

Equality is agitated in the national life because it is an attribute of government. Citizens, judging by the appearance, proclaim justice or injustice, without knowing in any way the Principles of Justice. Both Equality and Justice are known because the time has come for righteousness to express in the lives of nations, and are Principles that are ordained from the foundation of the world by the Creative Power that, through its Word (Divine Intelligence), has made all that hath been made. The agitation about Equality and Justice availeth little, though repulsion to inequality and injustice will position people, if their advancement permits, to receive knowledge of the Principles of Equality and Justice. Ills are not remedied by repulsing them, for the correct measure must he brought to bear upon them before they are dissipated and annulled. Fortunately, when one ego has attained to the conscious knowledge of any Creative Principle, the time has come for its action in the race; as by one came sin so also by one comes righteousness.

Equality Scientifically Defined and Explained

Equality is equal opportunity of citizens to administer Credit and to express services in the exercise of their inalienable Rights. It is very evident that each citizen will express according to his or her abilities, which is according to the state of development, hence, Equality is not in each receiving the same thing, or in each being paid so much per hour for a particular work, but is in each having opportunity to express the developed powers and capacities by means of work, and to administer Credit. It is also evident that Credit must be individually administered if each citizen is to measure to himself or herself the equivalent receiving of the giving. Giving is the expression of one's powers and capacities in some form, and receiving is the compensation obtained by that giving. Both giving and receiving must be free from any obstruction, except that imposed by the development of the individual, if Equality is to express. This means that Credit must be free and individually administered. It follows that Justice is the governmental protection of the Standard of Value. The Standard of Value, as a Word, is the Name by which Credit is measured though numbers are used to give it quantity of value.

Everything exists for its particular purpose. It is evident therefore that each ego exists for a particular purpose, and is distinct in the combination of qualities and forces that make up the consciousness. Individualism is the God-ordained position of egos in the governmental body, by which each is permitted to unfold the consciousness and to attain to that measure of living in conformity to the unfoldment already in process when the ego is born into the world. Egos are not born only once and then go into higher realms, but must attain to the goal set for the planet on the plane of their living. This is the goal of conforming the forces of spirit, soul, mind and body to the Lord, or Laws of Being, which individual attainment of the Real Self makes way for the Love of the Neighbor. It follows that there must not be anything in the governmental procedure that will obstruct the egos from reaching this goal as rapidly as they can, for to impede the progress of the individual is to set up an authority opposed to the authority of God, the Principles and Laws of Being, which is to bring about national calamity. We have witnessed the last decade in this nation the raising of such an obstruction, and are today in the way of receiving our righteous retribution, which however unpleasant and un-American, is nevertheless merited because we are reaping the whirlwind of the sowing of the wind that has gone forth under the guise of humanity and service.

Any form of thought and action that violates individualism is antichrist, and subjects the violators to merited retribution. All the citizens make up the government, and when they become a party to injustice and unrighteousness they suffer the effect of being an accessory in the violation. Equality is in each ego expressing himself or herself, according to his or her mental and spiritual development, though when that expression is contrary to the Laws of Life that are God-ordained, one invites judgment and retribution. When people are bound together in a nation, each, individually, becomes responsible for the welfare of that government, though must act together to safeguard the nation. Such measures that will safeguard Individualism must be incorporated into governmental activities, for without it a nation is in disrepute before God and Its Laws. The one reason the United States has grown so rapidly and so beneficially to the mass of its people is because its fundamental principles and policies, its ideals and goal, fitted into the Creative Plan that centers all progression to the Individual and regards each separately and distinctly; though making the good attained by anyone the potential good of all.

Equality has had a kind of an expression in the development of the United States. Every principle is symbolized before its reality appears. The obstruction to all righteous progression of a nation and its citizens will be found in its financial system. It is granted that all things are right in their time and place as a means of growth, and that a limited mortality, in debt to the Divine Principles and Laws because not conformed to them, would be symbolically under the yoke of the financiers and politicians, who pose as the Power of God among men, saying what people should do through the inauguration of laws for their guidance and obedience. But when this assumed Power of God begins to tell people individually what they can do, what they can eat, when they can eat, what they can plant, and how much they can reap from their planting, and fine farmers for raising more than they intended, though Nature, the handmaiden of God has brought the harvest, when these and many other violations of Individualism rear their ugly head, it is evident that the people are in the grip of the Beast, and can neither buy nor sell without having the mark of the beast. But all symbolical expressions of the race come to their dissolution, and we can be certain that the Divine Laws that permit the rule of the serpent (which is the beast of the Plot, evidenced by $ as a serpent coiled about a tree), will use the confusion of Babylon as a shield to the unfoldment of the Divine Plan.

Equality is not in all people having the same things, in getting the same wages, in thinking the same things, for Individualism is the basis of expression and is God-ordained. Equality is not in there being no rich, nor no poor, as those ignorant of the Laws of God imply, for there are two poles to the Creative Plan, one empty, and one full, as shown by the naught or void and the movement of God to form the planet and the race to inhabit it. The emptiness reflects itself among men as the poor, and the fullness as the rich, yet each is the evidence of some phase of one's progression and is justly merited. The effort to give everyone "a full dinnerpail, or a bottle of milk," may be commendable as a thought, but these things are not to be given to individuals, for they must be earned to be merited. Egos are not any more in their state of consciousness than what their development in living has promoted. One works with outer things in order to master their forces, by which one masters oneself. One is entitled to the reward of his labor, and if this takes form in keeping with many lifetimes of progression, it is before the Laws of Life that one is judged righteously. One is not expected to judge by the appearances, but to judge righteously, which is possible only when the Plan of Life is known, and the Laws governing its unfoldment are understood.

There are castes and classes in society, but these are in reality egos in states of development, each right in his time and place, by which to make his or her next step of advancement. Those who seek to break up the outworking Plan of God and to annul the individual gains, as private property and advancement of thought, are the workers of the Plot that runs side by side with the Plan of God, and are the custodians of iniquity. Satan always attempts to grab to himself when the time has come for Christ to claim its own. This is compatible with the Divine Intention and is not condemned, but those are condemned already who think that Satan's angels are the angels of Heaven. The angels of Heaven are the forces of spirit, soul, mind and body that conform to the Plan of God, which is the Plan of Life. These always center to Individualism, for Individualism is another name for Christ, the identification in consciousness of God, as Qualities of Being. There is only one individual in the Divine Plan, and when each attains that One, all so attained make up the Body of Christ, of many members, the first fruit of God and Christ to be garnered at the end of mortality. This is a spiritual fruit, and from its gathering, the Plan of Life for humanity is revealed. This Plan is a governmental one, centered to Individual Merit and Credit, called The Individual Merit System of Accrediting.

Justice As a Principle

Justice is the governmental protection of the Standard of Value. The Standard of Value is a Name, a Word, and when righteously premised, is the Word in which all Value is found. This Word is Christ, spiritually, but when the Word becomes physically active, that is, active in the body, as it is now active in the second coming of Christ working out, it takes physical identification. This Word is Shiloh, meaning Peace. It is the established government, upon the Word of Shiloh, that will rest all governmental authority upon Christ, and whose righteousness will be without end. It might seem impossible in the midst of the chaos of today for such a righteous government to be established, but the chaos is only the funeral dirge of materiality that must be before the fruit of Cosmos or Divine Light can be manifested. In reality, the dissolution of the forces of matter is necessary to the formation of the Qualities of Light, but the New Order comes through Christ, and not through the machinations of men or the functions of the angels of Satan. The angels of Satan make no effort to protect the Standard of Value, though destroying the Standard of Value that formerly held debt in check, the custodians of materiality can now go their limit in debt, but this is only for the destruction of materiality and its system of debt-credit.

There can be no justice in the affairs of government until government's fundamental function is justly established. The fundamental function of government is to administer credit. When credit is administered as debt, there is no genuine credit and finally all are discredited before the Plan of Life and its Laws. It may appear that enemies in the midst have disrupted government, overthrown the established standard of value, and performed many mischievous deeds, but these agents of destruction only do what is allotted to them, by which they bring themselves and the systems they have created to nothingness. Error destroys itself, fortunately, though it begins its own destruction after error has been subjected to Truth, spiritually. This spiritual unfoldment has been going on for a century in the United States, and it finally brings all opposed to Truth to judgment, not in personal and material ways, but in the Way of Truth. Justice will reign when scientific Credit is identified, and people have the free use of it, for being citizens that make the government, citizens are not expected to pay a financial clique for the privilege of being citizens and making the government and its worth. The idea of taking the combined worth of all the citizens, as though it were the worth or value of the government, and using this as a basis upon which to determine the amount of debt a government might safely impose upon the citizens is as asinine as it is illegal. For if the worth of the government is through the efforts of the citizens who have made the nation valuable, who should administer the Credit, the political clique in power or the citizens? Hath not the potter the control of the clay? Or does the clay control the potter? Shall the thing formed say to him that formed it, I control you to my advantage, though I am but a group of elected officials and privileged financiers, who make the most of your efforts. The government of the United States is the people, and the people have the power and the authority to administer Credit, to the advantage of all, who make the nation and the government. When they shall have written into the Constitution the Name of the Standard of Value and have given all citizens the privilege of using it free of charge through balancing the Credit with equivalent value of services, everyone becomes a worker for himself, for his country and his God.

The Standard of Value cannot be protected until it is established as a Word, in which all power and authority, financially and governmentally, are vested. Hence, Justice cannot be until the Standard of Value is named and made the Standard Name of Value for each citizen. All injustice, in which is all iniquity, is centered to finance and its expressions among nations. Wars are the ultimate result of this iniquity, hence are the acme of injustice. Wrongs are never righted by a similar wrong -- meaning that the warring spirit of one nation cannot be healed by the warring spirit of another nation; however much the necessity of such conflict confronts mortals and forces them to protect themselves. People seek for peace, but in every way they avoid talking about that which makes for lack of peace, viz., finance, in whatever form it may express. The love of money is the root of all kinds of evil, and the ultimate evil is war, it springing from those who love money more than they love humanity; though that these can marshal the manpower of a nation to settle the quarrels their financial conduct has promoted, is the worst of all evils, and the very seat of hell itself. War is hellish, and all who strike at the human organism, the body, to maliciously murder it, whether in war or in peace, are agents of hell, however nice they may try to appear.

It is the great paradox of existence, evil warring against the good, and good seeking to control the evil, and in the mortal course of racial development, this method is tolerated as a necessity. But when civilization has advanced to the point where it should lift the burden that produces the conflict, and does not, it is under merited retribution. This is now upon the world. What nation will be the first to establish Justice by identifying the Word Standard of Value, and the use of Credit free to the citizens, with the individual administering that Credit? The nation that meets this issue is the first-born into the kingdom of heaven in the earth, for the earthly kingdom is an ordered Plan of living, after the intention of the Divine Intelligence and Love. The United States is by the fact of its symbolical representation of the Divine Plan of Life the appointed one to establish this foundation stone of the kingdom of heaven in the earth. The stone that the builders of mortality rejected, the Rock of Truth, shall become the Head of the New Order, as Immortality. But Justice will reign only because Credit is seen as the first national privilege of each citizen, to be individually merited and administered, free of repayment of principals and interest, for citizens as the government need not repay themselves for the Credit they merit.

Life is a School in which each works out his salvation, which is finally to be free in Truth. To be free in Truth, which is a spiritual freedom, one must first be naturally free. "First that which is natural, then that which is spiritual." The spiritual sets the standard and the natural is so conformed to its requirements that consciousness is enabled to work out the spiritual when it has completed its natural course. The course of racial development in the United States has been such as to make for natural freedom, so that egos attaining this freedom became the functional point for the revelation of genuine freedom. Governmentally, genuine freedom is in individually merited Credit, balanced only by the services of the citizen, which services give value and prestige to a government and a nation. A government must conform to the Plan of Life if it prospers and makes its existence count for more than material welfare. In fact, governments exist to work out the Plan of Life and to be approved of God, or to be disapproved; the disapproval being evidenced by the racial calamities to which the people are subjected.

Two Aspects of Equality

There are two aspects of Equality, financial and social. The financial aspect of Equality is governmental, while the social aspect is of the mind and soul. There is an inner and an outer plane in living, the financial characterizing the outer and the social the inner. All two aspects become as one at the end of mortality, as to understanding, though remaining ever two, as distinct as good and evil. When good and evil are understood, there is only Truth, but this does not mean that good and evil have ceased to be. When the social and the financial aspect of Equality are understood one is no longer concerned as to whether people are rich or poor, for one sees consciousness in the process of development, and looks upon the outer conditions as means of promoting their corresponding inner mastery. Yet, the two remain, the social and the financial aspect, but the financial is understood by understanding the social. The social position of anyone, or his position in society, is according to the all-around development of the forces of spirit, soul, mind and body. The financial aspect should be according to a Plan of Government, with each citizen socially free to advance in the Plan of Life, which means that he is not handicapped by governmentally imposed financial limitations. Any financial limitation should be individually imposed, even as financial freedom should be individually controlled.

The individual becomes the seat of his financial limitations when he can administer his own credit, for what he outwardly lacks will out-picture what he lacks in development. In this way, living will be a challenge to progress the self in keeping with innate Laws and Principles and count toward the perfecting of the Plan of God for man, as it should. This will be the case in Immortality, when the race is positioned in keeping with the Plan of Life, governmentally, which means financially, since government exists to see that the welfare of each and all citizens is properly safeguarded. When the individual financial welfare is properly safe-guarded, through Individual Merit and Credit, the governmental life of the nation will be taken care of. This is the way it should be in a scientific order of living, and not the reverse which has characterized mortality with its calamities and woes.

Equality between men and women, who make up the social life of the race, is financially possible, but it is not socially possible on the bodily plane. Man and Woman are created for a distinct purpose, and this distinction makes them distinct social creatures. The Woman is the custodian of the spiritual welfare, and the Man is the custodian of the bodily welfare. In the effort of the female to put on her masculinity, without which she is not an individual before the Laws of Life, she has invaded the realms of the bodily domain and taken upon herself the work common to males. On the other hand, the male in order to be divested of his material masculinity and to be permitted an opportunity to develop his femininity, without which he cannot be a balanced individual, has been delegated to positions commonly adapted to women, or to states of negation. The peculiar situation at the end of mortality, relative to males and females working out the other pole of themselves, is incidental to attaining the proper positioning for immortality, as to their social character; for the character as God created it, is male-female in one form of being. This is the spiritual nature, but the bodily nature is ever distinct as two, though when immortality is established will be two-as-one, or the twain. Men and women will attain the spirit of equality but never its forms, for men are distinctly fitted to do certain things on the bodily plane and women have their plane of expression. It is ridiculous for material bigots, who think they know more than the God-Mind, to attempt to put men and women on the same plane of expressions, bodily.

Men and women when attained to the Man and the Woman character, or the male-female state, are equal before God, but their bodily expressions are ever distinct. Women have not the strength to do work allotted to men, nor men the patience or ability to do work distinctly feminine in character. Equality is not in men being women, nor in women being men, in expressions of work, but is in each being himself or herself in keeping with the nature of development. Women in homes will ever be in subordination to the duties of the family life, and will express much in love for which there can be no financial remuneration; though under Scientific Credit they can command their own credit in performing the physical services of the home. If this is apparently limited to the Credit of the husband, it is for the wife's protection and not to her detriment, for her opportunity of services in the home, for which she can be financially compensated, is necessarily limited. Financial equality between men and women can be in the New Order of Immortality, but only in each being able to balance the Credit received with work of an equivalent value. People have to get over the false and material belief of equality being in men and women receiving equal pay, though they may be so positioned. But Equality is in each using Credit, free, according to the ability of each to express his or her developed powers and capacities. Equality leaves each one free to progress toward the goal, set from the foundation of the world, which when attained is spiritual and not material.

Social Equality is in egos attaining understanding of the Plan of Life and the Laws and Principles governing its expression. All are one who attain to the Truth, the acme of Social Equality. People are positioned in the plane of living according to their states of development, and each is right in his time and place by which to further unfold the consciousness. Social Equality recognizes this truth, and makes distinction only on account of knowledge, as it would judge the first grade student and the seventh grade one. One grade is not better than the other, but one is more advanced than the other. So it is with grades of society, each being positioned according to the state of development. It would be impossible to profitably put a third grade student in the seventh grade, or a seventh grade student in the third grade. Even so, it is unprofitable to limit one individual because others are limited, or to try to bring the highest good to those in low grades of development. It is not only unprofitable to attempt to limit the advancing and to give to the lesser advancing what he has not earned, but it is meddlesome in the Laws of Life and living and can only bring retribution to those who pose as Santa Claus, and whose philosophy of living is false and unrighteous. Each is best helped by helping him to help himself, but each must learn to take his own steps of advancement without the aid of others.

Social equality is properly premised when it centers to Individualism. This leaves each ego free to advance or lag in the Path of Life, with each receiving the reward of his efforts. Any form of collectivism is a violation of the Plan of Life and is to be repulsed that righteous Principles may prevail, that will permit the Will of God to be done in the earth according to its Standard and Plan. It is equally ridiculous to attempt to set upon people forms of government in advance of their development, for it is only through a group working out its national salvation that it can merit a more righteous government and well-being under that government. A third grade student is totally unprepared to take the seventh grade work, and it would be an injustice to attempt to push him ahead when he has not merited the promotion, Even so, it is an injustice for more advanced peoples to attempt to set upon the lesser advanced a system of government under which the lesser advanced cannot live. The only reason over-zealous materialists attempt to cast all people into the same groove of government, in some form of collectivism, is because the time has come when the Plan of God for all is to be identified, with this Plan reflecting itself in the darkness, causing it to be stirred up in its own forces of ignorance and conceit. But the Plan of God for all, set down in one nation, becomes the Ensign or Pattern for all nations, in the time of their advancement, by which eventually when Immortality is actually identified they all will be One, because all nations will be in the One Spirit, the Spirit of Scientific Government and Credit. The establishment of potential immortality, now working out, reflects what is to be, but this does not mean that materialists can work out a system in the mortal mind; for to try to do so is to show forth all unrighteousness and iniquity in the face of the Truth.

Summary of Principles Regarding Equality

Equality is in each inviting his supply in keeping with his powers of expression. Each can invite his supply in keeping with this powers of expression only if Credit is individually administered. Equality in government is in each being able to command Credit, equivalent to the value of services to be expressed. Credit precedes services in Scientific Government. Equality is in each citizen having the privilege of exercising his or her seven God-given Rights, through the use of free Credit. Equality is equal privileges, but if people are developed unequally the effect of the exercise of their Credit will be different, hence Equality is not in the effect but in the spirit. Equality is not in regulating capital nor labor, nor money, but in each citizen expressing without bondage or limitation imposed by any of these factors of living. Limitation is within the consciousness, in the lack of developing spirit, soul, mind and body, and each must be positioned so as to find the inner lack through the outer lack invited. Equality is God-given, but when premised to government, partakes of the spirit of the citizens rather than of the effects of their efforts. Property fights, which are one with Individualism, are an evidence to the outer nature of the inner gain, for the real gain is in mastering the forces relating to the outer things.

Equality is not measured by limitation or regimentation but by free expression of abilities to work, and the use of free Credit. Credit is always free until seized by a licensed financial clique, who profit by imposing debt upon the whole group of citizens. The citizens are not able to spend what they do not have, but the financial clique, backed by the political clique, can spend what they do not have, which is all debt is. Equality would offset both the financial and political clique, for all become workers under Scientific Government, meriting Credit through expression of services; though Credit is the first privilege of every citizen and does not need to be earned. It is only balanced by an expression of services or work, this promoting the value of citizens, of government and of the nation. All are equal before the Plan of Life and the Plan of Government when they merit Credit through expression of services, but each according to his or her ability. Equality is not in what people have or gain, but in what they are, all being workers under Government and all states of consciousness being in modes of progression before the God-Plan of Life. Disability and retirement compensation are provided under Scientific Government and Credit, yet each is retired according to his earning powers, or the value of services when working, and in this is genuine equality. Equality is not in regulating the life of one person or a group according to the earning power of another group, but is in each being free to express powers and capacities in form of work, and to be able to enumerate its value in the terms of the Standard of Value, as Credit. Finally, Equality is in the free use of the Standard of Value as a Word, according to the ability of each, by which the Real Man and the Real Woman are promoted. Justice is one with genuine Equality.
