The mystery of God to be worked out in the Gentiles, as Christ's fullness, is the revelation of body, restored to its right relation to the Divine Plan. Body is both individual and universal. Universally, body is the nations, though centered to the governmental groups of the nations. Individually, body pertains to the organism of particular egos. It is the body or early aspect of the Divine Plan that is worked out at the second coming of Christ, though all relating to the Spirit of heavens, and already worked out at the first coming of Christ, is brought down to date at the second coming. The coming of Christ is the projection from center to circumference of the Qualities of Being gained. Center is individual and circumference is racial, therefore the coming of Christ is the projection to the race from individual center of the Qualities of Being gained, which include the overcoming of the forces of the world, the flesh, and the devil; all being subjected to the Principles and Laws at work according to the status of advancement.

Hence, it is written:

"Behold, I come quickly, and render unto each man according to his works."

The mystery of God is the revelation of spiritual man. Spiritual man follows the natural in exact Law of God. Spiritual man partakes of the nature of the Spirit. Spirit is male and female in nature; therefore the first fruit of the Spirit is virginal in character, meaning it is male-female in one nature. The Laws of God, operative from Christ consciousness, work out the first fruits, though the race is as soil to these unfolding Seeds of God, hence, the race undergoes transition on its bodily plane, that is governmental, at the time the Laws of God are bringing forth their bodily results as the children of God. These make up Israel, the 144,000 virgins who being freed from lies indicate their identification in the masculine pole of the Word, that is Wisdom; and not being defiled by women implies their freedom from the sensations of the world that relate to the sexual love, and their establishment in the Principle of Divine Love. Wisdom and Love, as Male and Female Poles of the Word, act as Father-Mother to give continuity of life and being to all who are born of the Spirit and perfected in the Plan of God; though this is attained first by Man and by Woman, through whom Christ functions in the first and the second coming. The establishment of this Parental Principle in the race, at the second coming of Christ, is the fulfillment of the Creative Plan, by which the race can be premised to laws and principles of Life and Being, as God intended. These laws and principles identify racially as scientific government, this being the revelation of the body of the Word, racially and earthly. It is the revelation of scientific government, by which ungodliness and sins, promoted in mortality are brought to cessation. It is scientific government that will provide a resting place for God and Christ; that is, permit their qualities to unfold in consciousness, and by which the people of God are identified. However, the people of God are primarily Israel, and their revelation as the first fruits is that by which the Plan of God is revealed to the race. Israel is made up of those who have Christ, who have transcended the currents of the race, both Jews and Gentiles. The belief that the Jews represent Israel is a fallacy, developed from the knowledge of the Old Testament and the disregard of Christ's first coming, and the Passover of the Covenant of God to the Gentiles to fulfil itself at the end of mortality.

The whole Christian world awaits the redemption of the body. All the promises of God to be fulfilled pertain to the bodily nature of man being conformed to the Laws of the Spirit. The goal of the Creative Plan is that the Will of God be done in the earth, or bodily plane, as it is in heaven, the plane of the Spirit. It may be surprising to the Christian to perceive the early revelation of the fulfillment of the Laws of God as scientific government, though it is evident that unless an earthly habitation be prepared in which the spiritually advanced could live in keeping with the Wisdom and Love of God gained, the Qualities of the Spirit would be without revelation in the body. The spiritual body, when revealed is snow white in appearance, and distinguishes the real white race centered to the White Ray of the Word. This White Ray is Divine Light, the Truth, but it is evident that the race, reborn from mortality to immortality could not at once appear in its "garment of white."

The reborn race is only potentially established in capacity of immortality, while those running ahead of the race in spiritual advancement attain to the capacity of actual immortality. These must go through a process of spiritual birth, to be revealed in the body of white, which is the evidence of freedom from sin, the law by which mortality has been promoted. The mystery of God, revealed to the Gentiles and through them, makes them the custodians of the race at the end of mortality, though this is through spiritual appointment. While this centers to Israel, the inner group, made up chiefly of Gentiles, who are Protestant in spirit, for the Catholics and the Jews are central and clannish in spirit. However, the Jews do not center to Christ, though they have another opportunity, at the second coming, to accept or to reject the Word and Its identification. Jews and Gentiles who center to God and not to Christ are not Christian in spirit, for it is Christ that makes the Qualities of God actual in the life and through which the earth or bodily plane is conformed to the heavens, the spiritual.

The Restoration of the Nations

Nations, as they appear racially, are outpicturing of the groups of the race, according to the unfoldment of the Intelligence of the Word. When the nations are restored in individual consciousness to conform to the Principles and Love of God, the outer nations are also ripe for restoration. Not anything happens by chance, therefore what occurs in national groups is also under the law that governs racial progression, though it is not until the identification of Christ, in which are the Laws of God in function and action, that all things are universally conformed to the Plan of God. Revelations given in 1922, relative to the second coming of Christ now working out, showed that all nations are to be changed, though the United States was to endure a cleansing in order to bring forth its true spirit. This is the change incidental to translating the mortal to the immortal forces, for the immortal is not the mortal, but all is changed through the law of transposition. While this law is operative in Christ’s, it reflects itself to the race, inducing the changes that occur in national groups.

The conflict between the forces of darkness and those of the light at the end of mortality is one means by which the agitation necessary is set up, by which spirit and matter are transposed to substance. The first heavens and the first earth pass away; that is, the first spirit and the first matter or bodily elements, and out of their mixture in agitation and conflict, the spiritual substance is formed from which the immortal order is fashioned. However, the outer conflict is an objectification of the inner one, the War in Heaven, that takes place between the qualities that relate to the Divine Love and Law, and those relating to the serpent or forces developed in the senses. It is the War in Heaven that precipitates the outer conflict, though outer conditions appear as offences by which light and darkness are made to agitate against each other to furnish the contrariety of function that aids in producing the essences and forces of reality. The Gentiles undergo as much translation as the Jews at the end of mortality, but both act as agents by which agitation is stirred up to aid in transposing the forces of the world from the animal to the human qualities. The spiritual qualities are necessarily resident in those in allegiance to the Spirit, these transcending the race and aiding in modifying the oppositional forces of the race by introducing the Light of the Spirit into the world. Thus it is impossible for those adhering in the Spirit of Christ to be spared the tribulation of the world at mortality's end, for if they could be separated from the forces of the world, the world could be separated from the forces of Christ, the Truth, and would not receive the Light. Therefore, those in the Light partook of the forces of the darkness that those in the darkness may partake of the forces of Light. This is a part of the Cross of Christ that those serving Christ bear, though the seat of spiritual sacrifice and service is in the consciousness of Christ, the Truth, and is borne by the Messianic character in whom the Word is functioned.

One can read the signs of the times though one cannot foresee the extent of the action of the Divine Laws on the outer domain, until they have acted; though only by knowing the inner plan outworking can the outer be related. For this reason, people judging by the appearances blame outer things for outer changes. Outer things do serve a purpose in developing either the light or the darkness, but the things of Satan move only according to the movement of the things of Christ, and Christ does only what He sees the Father doing. This is to say that the movement of the Divine Laws, as they operate from God is functioned by Christ, and this movement is reflected in the world which is under the rulership of Satan. However, since the world is opposite to the earth that complements heaven, the movement of the forces of the world is opposite to Christ - hence is in antichrist. For this reason, the movements of nations at the end of mortality to form a collective body have their impetus from the movement of God to form the Body of Christ; but the collective body formed in the world is antichrist and opposed to the Plan of God for the race. The collective body of the world, formed under Satan, which has its impetus in the activities of mortal mind, is the various forms of collectivism posing under the guise of Socialism. This is the attempt of materialists to lump all people of a national group under one head, a dictator, who attempts to ape the dictatorial Powers of God that operate through Christ. Thus four dictatorial heads have arisen in the nations to date, one in Russia, two in Europe and one in the United States. However, the dictatorial head that has arisen in the United States has many horns, that posing as brain-trusts, impose their intellectually and materially conceived ideas of government upon all the people, seeking to turn the Republic of the United States government into a democracy. Democracy comes from the same root word as demon; hence the materialists who work to complete the material world, reaching its height in the United States, are the demons at work to do the works of Satan, at the time Christ is doing the work of God.

Materialism reaches its height in the United States only because it is the nation to come first under the Laws of God, to be born in immortality. Being the new thing of nations, the United States carries to its height the forces of the old civilization, though it was only through introducing its new spirit into the old world the last several years that it actively took on the materialism of the world to bring it to fruition. This materialism has encroached upon the government of the United States since the World War, the entrance of our nation into this War being the means by which the intrigue and political trickery of Europe introduced itself into our affairs. The New Deal Administration is the epitome of this political intrigue, though posing as a savior to the race, the promoter of the "more abundant life," and the upholder of humanity, all of which are the lies of demons to hide their own tendencies to collect the United States, as a nation, into National-Socialism and World Federation of Nations.

There is no need for the people of the United States to seek out the beast of Europe or to acclaim him, for the beast reaches its height of power in our own country, though necessarily this is the nicest sort of animal, born of women, the material man at his height of development. The height of materiality is not the low materiality that is found in Europe and Asia. Material man is personality. Personality is opposite to Principle. Personality seeks to have its will regardless of constitutional laws or the privileges guaranteed the people of the Republic of the United States. However, the high materiality of the United States has been well promoted under Republican leadership since the days of Lincoln, but it remained for the Demagogues to put the finishing touches to the gathering of Babylon, though posing as saving powers, while destroyers. This is the character of that beast that is a dragon but appears as a lamb, referred to in Revelation. The lamb is the character of advancing humanity and divine innocence, but the dragon is the epitome of self will and thought, developed in the mind of the flesh that is death promotive. It is a scientific principle that where materiality reaches its height, there is the corresponding height of spirituality, therefore the United States, as a nation, houses the consciousness of Christ, the Truth, being that western nation that functions Christ's second coming. But this does not mean that one functioning spirituality is functioning materiality at the same time, though in Christ, all is controlled to the Truth, and the darkness is understood because it is overcome.

The national consciousness of the nation to function Christ would be in an opposite position to Christ, even though the consciousness of Christ was working out in that nation. This is the contrariety required in the Divine Law whereby opposition is utilized to give formation to the substance of being, the mothering quality of the New Order. It is also in keeping with this law that when the fullness of the Gentiles is to work out in the United States, in which Christ is centered, that the opposite force of the Gentiles, the Jews, would attempt to control the affairs of government. This accounts for more Jews identified in the New Deal administration than in previous administrations of government. It also accounts for the exposure of the false teaching of the Jews, that they are Israel, though this false teaching has also been entertained by Gentiles in the belief that the Jews are a chosen people. How could people who rejected Christ, the manifestation of God among men, be the chosen people of God? They could be chosen in the Law to reap the fruit of their rejection, if not offset by understanding and love of the Truth, but they are not chosen to be the fruits of Christ when in the rejection of Christ. It is Israel that is chosen, and Israel is the manifested result of the Hebrew current that preceded both the Jews and the Gentiles, and of which Christ is the direct offspring, with those who are Christ's making up the Nations of God that are chosen as the Twelve Tribes. The Twelve Tribes are a spiritual fruit for they are Israel, that is, the realities of being aggregated in states of being. The Laws of God, operative from Christ, to bring forth these states of being, also identifies the science of State to be established in the national group of the United States. Hence, the science of government is of the Lord, the Love of God in application to the life of man, and is not something concocted by the minds of mortals.

The science of government to indicate the beginning of the kingdom of heaven in the earth is the science of Life and Being. This is to say, that the Laws of God, operative to bring forth a state of being, as Christ consciousness, reveal the Pattern or Type after which all are to be fashioned. Yet, immediately Christ is fulfilled in the Gentiles, the fulfillment being the objection of both Man and Woman to the Laws of God (Lord), the Plan of God is universalized, and this reveals itself as the Science of Government or State. It is at the time of the outworking of the Universal Plan of God that nations attempt to universalize themselves as a collective group, losing individuality in the interests of the federation of nations. But no individual can become universal until individualized in conformity to the Laws of Being; therefore, no nation can become universalized until individualized or nationalized. The individuality of the United States has never been identified. We are a conglomeration of all nationalities, and until the spirit of Americanism is established, we have not become a United State. In reality, the United States of America is dependent for its establishment upon the identification of the United State of AM, this being the union of Man and Woman as the US of the Creative Plan. This is to say that when Americanism, resting upon AM is identified in the United States, it is established through the authority of "God with US," or the fuller works of Christ. That the antichrist forces would encompass us, forcing our ascension in conformity to the Plan of God for this nation, is quite in keeping with the necessity of the Law of Duality, but this is not to say that those who have Christ and the Light of Humanity bow down before the adversaries; or submit to their effort to get the gains of mortality for themselves and their socialistic clique.

Nations are undergoing changes today. The european civilization that is diversified must become centralized while the United States, diversified in its material development must become centralized to its real character and government. Then two poles, equal but opposite, will enter the circle of the Divine Will, in their orders of unfoldment, and the nations of the world will be forced to pattern themselves after the Ensign Nation, raised in the Will of God, as the United States. For this reason, isolation from the european matters is now in order, we having entered the mixture in the World War that made us inherit the materialism of the world at a time we were destined to function the spiritual; or rather, that the spiritual was destined to function in the United States as the US of the Creative Plan. The arising of the aliens, the subversives, the un-American and the non-Christians, to usurp to material ends the destiny of the United States is the usual showing of darkness that asserts itself at the ends of cycles, when the Light must establish itself. The darkness is used to cause Light to be formed, though the movement of Light to form itself causes the darkness to come to the surface to be destroyed. This is the case, both on the individual and universal planes of expression. The unfoldment of a national group, in keeping with the Divine Laws, follows the plan of the unfoldment of an individual, by which the twelve centers of consciousness, as nations, are established. All opposed to the destiny of the United States must arise to be destroyed, though the destroyer always seeks to destroy the works of Christ, but this is only to force the ascendancy of those in the Light and the Truth, and the expression of their services, in favor of God and humanity.

Compensation and Retribution

It is at the end of mortality that the Law of Compensation and Retribution fulfils itself, for the fullness of the Gentiles reveals the fruit of God and Christ in the nations, or on the plane of the race. Compensation is constructive while Retribution is destructive. The Divine Laws, as the Lord, control both light and darkness, rendering to each according as it measures. Yet, the meting to consciousness of the equivalent of what it has meted is not unjust but an act of justice. Individuals invite the equivalent of their state of consciousness in the path of living, though being made up of a mixture of forces until Truth is attained, may not always be able to account for the effects that come into their lives. Yet, an exact law operates, measuring good for good, and evil for evil; light for light, and darkness for darkness. Each reaps as he sows. Nations, the aggregation of individuals, come under the Judgment of the Divine Laws at the end of mortality, each reaping as it has sown, or according to the dominancy of the character of the national group.

Judgment is the Law of measuring according to the measure of development, hence is principled expression (and not personal) in action. Egos, who have judged themselves by overcoming darkness with light, and evil with good, so as to attain to the dominancy of Light by which the Laws of God can project their influences into the consciousness, are ripe for compensation, as well as to become heirs with Christ to inherit the good, prepared by God, from the foundation of the world. Those who inhere in the love of the darkness, because their hearts are evil, necessarily invite the retribution of the Divine Laws that prove up the cycle of good and evil, rendering to each according to his or her works or state of development. It is only through individually or nationally seeking a fuller light and promoting a fuller love that the law of Karma is modified, and one's reward or retribution is changed. Many the last century, ascending into a fuller understanding of life and being, though not attained to the fullness of Light and Truth, have modified the results to be received at the end of mortality, though all have been given a chance to shorten their time in the flesh by the introduction of the Divine Intelligence and Love. The race is not proved at the end of the cycle of mortality, without the Divine Laws introducing their standards to which people are expected to be conformed. The judgment of the Divine Laws marks the time of graduation from mortality to immortality; or the return to the mortal elements of another planet, where the forces in union with the darkness can have another unfoldment in darkness and chaos, or another chance to attain to the Light. Each ego is proved, at the end of mortality, by the spiritual light and truth that enters the race, or by the material advancement, as to the nature of the developed Intelligence and Love; and thus invites his or her compensation or retribution, according to an exact science.
