A New Order Of Things

A new order of things comes into expression not through the sentiment of people but through the operation of Creative Laws that unfold in cycles of progression their own principles, and make manifest new orders of life and government. Government is the coordinated expression of qualities of character progressed; a group of people who represent a common purpose to be gained. Governments are grouped in relation to the heavenly constellations and their changes are controlled in Zodiacal law, the growth and evolution of a governmental group being operative by means of creative and heavenly influences. While the centers of consciousness through which intelligence is progressed are in individuals, the group as a whole is governed by its hierarchies of power, these being the actions of Creative Law that influence and direct the progression of nations.

Now that we have come under the influence of Aquarius, the air sign of the Zodiac, forces of intelligence which symbolize the air, trend us heavenward and the whole planet prepares to don its wedding robe of Liberty for a flight into a plane of consciousness that will have in it nothing that maketh a lie; though necessarily all untruths are unearthed and Freedom's battle fought before the righteous earth can be revealed.

Woman's Age

The Age now forming is often called the Woman's Age. Thinkers voice this idea while others thinking less fear that the race is to become feminized. Woman is the name that symbolizes Soul. Soul is consciousness of love gained. Love is the beginning of the creation of God for "God is Love" and His Spirit must be identified before the race can develop its godly characteristics. The identification of Woman precedes Christ for she is the feminine matrix through which comes the rebirth of humanity and the planet. Eras in which Woman was exalted and honored as the inspirational factor of life have given us semblance's of the Utopia in which the race is designed by God to live, but they have been of short duration for the time had not come for Jehovah to create a new thing in the earth and encompass humanity with the love of the feminine.

This time comes at the end of mortality (now outworking), and not only will the race be enthroned in the Woman of Creation but Man and Woman, the image and likeness created by God, will be completed in foursquare identity of coordinated spirit, soul, body, and mind. This means an ascension in the Law of the Lord whereby the creature separated and adulterated in his elements through sexual law will be regenerated and reborn as a higher state of being. This regeneration takes place from the Woman Center of consciousness, who performing the deific functions of church and government will usher in a new order of things, not through might nor through will of the flesh but through the will of God. The enthronement of Woman as the Creative matrix is the Holy Grail found, and the Means by which Creative powers are expressed and progressed. The projection of the Divine powers as Holy Spirit from this central throne will bring both men and women under a Law of Being that will reveal a divine type of humanity. This type will of necessity need a different form of government under which to function. This different form of government is hidden in the Reverse Seal of the United States, this Seal being opened in Messianic Law and esoterically outworked, producing a group of people to be governed in divine authority rather than in authority of polluted government and church.

The Reverse Seal of the United States

The Reverse Seal of the United States indicates the era of divine government, the Latin words, "Novus Ordo Seclorum" signifying "A New Order in the Ages." The motto over the triangle "Annuit Coeptis" signifies, "God has Blessed the Undertaking." The triangle, representing spirit, soul, and body, the triad of Creation, centers about the Eye or Divine Light. It is the Eye of which Jesus spoke, "If thine eye be single thy whole body shall be full of light." It is the Single Eye that makes for rebirth and redemption. Spiritually, the Single Eye is the capacity to see all things in relation to the Creative Principle or God. This means the reconciliation of matter to spirit, sex to Christ, government to spirituality, religion to science, thing to idea, money to substance, man to God. It is the coordination of all things visible to the invisible, the formed to the formless; the reconciliation of both good and evil to God the Creative Principle. This is the point where the Mystery of Life is finished, and the creation of God appears clothed in justice and truth. The Manchild born of the Woman is Consciousness of Oneness gained, that is, the Single Eye.

The pyramid is the Rock foundation, or "White Stone" of purity upon which the "new creature in Christ" rests. Purity is something more than sex-hygiene. It is the regeneration of the sexual forces through the principles of Christ whereby the conserved forces are translated in character, becoming the "River of Life" that is to develop the divinity of man-woman, or the virginal creature. For the creature gaining the unity of spirit, soul, and body in the Eye of Christ is resurrected as the god-ego and is restored to the virginal or Pre-Adamic state. The "'White Stone" is given to the Overcomer at the end of "Time" (mortality), the opening of the seals within the first-born virgin projecting the Law of Transmutation by which those mortals in whom the essences of immortality are gathered become the creative center of the new order of things to be.

The All-Seeing Eye is sometimes referred to as the "Star of the East" (Bethlehem). This is the Light of Christ (Truth) that penetrates consciousness and works out its own Order of Life. This Order of Life is the "seven churches" referred to in Revelation in which the seven seals inhere. These seals are opened through Divine Law at the end of mortality and produce primarily the Order of Melchisedek - the representatives of God who become the 144,000 virgins or four-square man-woman creatures who are the Center of the Church and State to be. The Church to be set up is the Body Of Christ the Bride, while the State is to be embodied in Americanism revealed out of the chaos of dissolving governments. The Goddess of Liberty in New York harbor is symbolical of the enthronement of the Feminine Spirit or Bride out of whom is to be begotten the divinity of humanity and the gods.

History of the Seal

The Reverse Seal was prescribed as a part of the Great Seal in 1782, but went unnoticed. When the working seal of the U. S. was made in 1841 the reverse side was still ignored. Appropriations were made in 1884 to "obtain dies of the obverse and reverse of the Seal," at the request of the State Department, it being the purpose of this department to have the reverse seal cut; but for some reason unexplained, this part of the act for which appropriation of funds was made, was ignored. When exhibits of the Seal were prepared for the Chicago Exposition in 1892, large emblazonments of the obverse and reverse of the seal were painted, but the reverse was never hung. Official government reports show that the objectors declared that the reverse of our Seal "can hardly look otherwise than as a dull emblem of a Masonic fraternity." They suggested that "if it can be kept in the dark as long as its seems to have been kept, why not keep it so?"

Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson and John Adams, the committee appointed to prepare the device for the Great Seal, signified by the designs they suggested that they were conscious of the directing Hand of Providence in this country's affairs, and in it being the "Promised Land" of the children of Israel. Thomas Jefferson suggested the presence of Providence in his design of a "cloud by day and a pillar of fire by night" which was used to direct the "children of Israel" out of the wilderness. But the Eye was approved and adopted as a symbol of the watchfulness of Providence over this country's progression.

The Eye was used on the continental paper money. It was shown over an altar as light breaking through a cloud and denoted that upon one altar of Commonwealth the people offered themselves again in sacrifice. Thomas Jefferson surrounded the Eye with the triangle, and the idea that God had favored the undertaking of building another national life prevailed among the early patriots. The triangle signifies the trinity of Father-Mother-Son, though in the material development of the race it has been identified as the Father, Son and Holy Ghost, three distinct aspects of God's nature, representing Spirit, Soul, and Body. Father-Mother-Son unite the three as One, making Spirit and Soul one with the Son, representing the united Man-Woman nature of the developed Self. This is the true significance of the Single Eye in the triangle when the Pyramid (consciousness) is finished, though the aspects of Father, Son, and Holy Ghost are applicable to the pyramid in a state of unfoldment. The Church of the Bride enthrones the true body or outer expression of Being, both as to the individual and the national consciousness, and overthrows the aspect of the militant religious system that has characterized the development of all nations. The militant order of religious progression will climax the history of this country and enthrone the Church Triumphant, with the Light of Christ (Single Eye) permeating all consciousness. This is the Church of the Shepherd with the "lost sheep of the house of Israel" being the children of a common Father-Mother.

Franklin's idea of the obverse Seal suggested the Israelites, the pillar and the cloud; Jefferson's ideas pertained to the Hebrews on their march through the wilderness, with Moses striking the rock with his rod to bring forth the waters. The Great Seal in its reverse and obverse sides represents the spiritual and the material development of the national life, that is, the development of the spirit and body of consciousness. All its symbols are mystical and embody the spiritual principles of Creation. The "E Pluribus Unum" of the obverse or working Seal of the U. S., meaning the "Many in One" signifies the unity of all in the Christ and complements the principles suggested by the Eve and the Triangle of the reverse side of the Seal. The "olive branch" of peace in one claw of the Eagle suggests the healing balm of Peace gained through love while the thirteen arrows in the other claw of the Eagle represent the twelve qualities of Being gained in the One or Christ, that is consciousness pierced with the Christ qualities that make for manifestation of the Son of Man. The Eagle typifies the principles of eternal life and youth that ever ascend in the progression of consciousness until its alignment to the Principles of Being fashion Man in the image and likeness of the Creator.

Symbols characterizing the ideals of governments are not chosen through chance. All governments have their Hierarchies of Power and Authority that direct their course and dictate their leadership. All progression is under law and order. No condition arises that shakes the foundations of national life without also producing its means of control in a Leader called through Divine Law to serve the country at its time of need. Washington, Lincoln, and Wilson mark the leadership of this country's progression and identify on the national side of consciousness Spirit, Soul, and Mind, respectively. Body will be represented by its Leader but since its attainment is the alignment of consciousness to the Principles of Being, and marks the enthronement of the Church consciousness, it will be characterized by a re-born humanity in whom the Spirit of Christ as the Bride will be supreme. Cosmically, the Bride is humanity gained in Christ though individually typed as the Woman chosen in Divine Will to function the Creative Principles. The Spirit and Body united in the principles of the God and Goddess (Bridegroom and Bride according to Biblical narrative) will enthrone the true government not only for this country but for all the world. The "one King" whose rule will bring justice and equality is complemented by His Queen at the end of the old order of things, she becoming the central and starting point of the "New Order in the Ages to be born" as the American Age. Then will the people again hear the Voice of God in the Woman of His choice who will give the Law even as Moses of the Old Testament (order of progression) and Jesus of the New Testament gave it before her.

The crowning climax of material progression with its sequential translation into the spiritual is the identification of the Helpmeet of God, as Woman, the divinely ordained Center from which creation operates and from which the formed world gets its impetus of being. This will be universally revealed as the finished mystery of God - the authority of government and church vested in the Womanhood of the race and in the Virgins (Man-woman creatures) who become the Central Throne of the Church, that is, the Spiritual authority that registers the Divine Will and that controls all progression.

Church and State

Church is the spiritual name for the religious progression of a people, while State is the spiritual name of its governmental progression. Religion and politics are material counterparts of Church and State and do not enter in their material qualities into the true Church and State that is to characterize the "nation of God" in which will be the operation of the authority of the Divine Will. The present religious progression however commendable, as well as the present governmental progression, must pass through the cleansing fires of purification and regeneration before their qualities are translated to a higher degree. However, Church and State in their spiritual sense, do not come out of the religious and political development that is translated, but is that nuclei of consciousness gained at the end of a cycle of generation which has in it the united spirit of God and Man. This is called the "'elect" in Scripture. In this day it would be made up of those people who have transcended the limitations of religious progression so as to be free from all organizations, and who on the governmental side, like their progenitor Jesus Christ, have broken the bondage of national consciousness being international in their spirits. This central body becomes the Order of Melchisedek through which both Church and State are governed. It is neither "Jew nor Gentile," "Protestant nor Catholic," but is the Lord's own through which the will of God is projected into the earth from the heavenly plane. It is Jesus Christ, or the united spirit of God and humanity, the Church of the Bride. Out of this Church the governmental system that is to characterize the U. S. will emanate, not as from the wills of people, but from the will of God, those making up its Body having surrendered their wills in use to the Divine to bring about the re-birth of God's chosen people.

During the development of materiality church and state are kept separately in form, though in spirit they are eternally united. Hence, the problem that confronts the people of the U. S. at the end of this era is the actual separation of church and state. In spite of the constitution's guarantee of religious freedom mortal sense has interpreted that people are not free but must worship as the leaders of certain religious groups dictate. In spite of the separation of church and state a system of religion has developed wherein civil functions are subordinated to it, and office holding becomes a matter of religious supremacy. All this is the natural development of spirit and body in opposition to each other that characterizes the material progression of a national group. The "churchmen" and the "statesmen" are designed to be opposite in their ideals with the paradoxical situation in material development of the "churchmen" trending toward civil authority and the "statesmen" becoming the protectors of the religious development. When the Order in the Ages comes fully into action where Divine Authority rules there will be no paradoxical situations to alleviate, for Spirit and Body will be one in service to Christ to manifest the true Church and State.

The "government of the people, by the people, and for the people" is yet to be scientifically established upon the ideals to be projected at the setting up of the true Church of Christ. The Church arises primarily as the re-born spiritual egos, who having conformed their wills to the Divine become the organism through which "God with us" shall be made known. Ultimately, this Body of Christ subjects all humanity to the divine principles, enthroning Truth, Love, and justice as the Lords of progression. This is a vision only in the sense that it deals with ideals to be manifested. But in the comprehension of the operation of Divine Law made possible through that Spirit within that giveth understanding, it can be foreseen that both Church and State, worthy of the name, will rest upon a scientific premise as exact as that which governs the stars of the universe. There will be no guess work in the establishment of the Church and State to be for they represent the Spirit and Body of humanity coordinated through Jesus Christ, the Lord of both heaven and earth (invisible and visible). This system is now outworking though "coming as a thief in the night" is unseen by the multitude.

Americanism

It is not chance that makes the Seal of the Bride the Reverse Seal of the U. S. This seal opened in the principles for which it stands will produce Americanism, the type of all governments to be. Americanism is the actualization of the ideals expressed in our Declaration of Independence, these principles having been declared but not realized in our present governmental system. It is in the establishment of the true government that all men come into their inalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuits of happiness. This true government will not be established by means of political or economical adjustment but will be set up in the operation of Divine Law that moves at ends of cycles to manifest the spiritual gains developed by means of materiality. This is to say that for every movement of material progression there is on the invisible plane of consciousness a movement of spiritual progression. At the ends of cycles when the within and the without are made one the Law of the Lord (God's absolute and direct action) moves to level down and dissolve the material and to reconstruct a new order of Life.

Americanism is the governmental side of Israel, and will be the manifestation of an order of living under the authority of Justice and Truth. It will be the humanity in whom the principles of divinity are unearthed, it becoming the inheritance in Christ of all governmental progression of this cycle or long period of evolution. Its spirit will be Liberty and all governments will eventually he patterned after it. The design of Creation is as much governmental as spiritual for advancing egos must ever have an order of living in keeping with their advancement. Americanism is that of which Isaiah writes, "And he will set up an Ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth." A latter day revelation says that the U. S. will endure a cleansing and then will be set up the Law of Eternal Life and all nations shall learn of the Christ Way through the "Wayshowers," a group of people to become the Way in the initiation that is operative at the end of "Time" to "try those that are upon the earth."

Cleansing and Restoration

The cleansing that must be endured by any governmental group or nation is the chaos, antagonism, and destruction incidental to the dissolution of those factors that are used as means of growth but which are not essential as permanent principles upon which to build. Weeds chemicalize the soil and aid the growing of the grain planted but must be rooted up before the good seed comes to maturity. That which is the essences of external growth in government must be reconstructed and oftentimes completely annihilated when the true function of government is gained.

The cleansing and adjustment to be made in all governments hinge on money, the function of government. Commerce, the activity of government is governed by the status that money occupies. Depletion of commerce and depression of business in general are due to the economic condition. Commerce in reality is the exchange of the services of the people, the various industries and properties being the coordinated result of the powers of people expressed as work. People derive life, liberty, and pursuits of happiness from the expression of their powers in work and service. Money is the measure of value placed upon the exchange of services, and in Creative Law should be as free as the powers of people to be expressed. When money is controlled by government in the hands of the privileged few instead of being controlled by the governed (who constitute the government) disaster is imminent and injustice is rampant.

Divine economy makes use of all to promote the common good, and any system of government that throws out of use the powers of the many, as is evidenced in the shutting down of industries and the creating of the unemployed, is out of alignment with the Divine purpose of government and must be chastened to be restored to true order and function. The government of the United States is no exception in this respect even though it hides its intrigues under guise of political and commercial transactions. Its whole economical system will be adjusted and the gold standard superseded as the parent of money. Money must rest upon the unlimited powers of the people and not upon a limited gold standard, set up and purposely limited in order that greed and graft may flourish.

The "gold standard" symbolizes the substance of Spirit that underlies the circulation of ideas and their forms of expression. Now that the substance of Spirit Itself has penetrated the cosmos so as to set up the Law of Transmutation, money will be put to shame ere long, the re-born creatures will utilize the power of the Word to bring into visibility that which is needed. However, this will be the function of the Church. But with the appearing of God-powers the authority of true government will be set up, which will outline the true economic system, adjust taxes and revenues, subordinate greed and graft to justice, wield the rod of Divine power that will restore the people to their divine right to Life's essentials. Government is an exact science when it is gained, and its system is based upon the Power of the Word.

The discovery of the method of transmuting tin into pure gold by a German scientist with the subsequent interest of a group of Americans in the process who seek to control the art with the idea of making the country "safe for democracy" by limiting the capacity to transmute baser metals into gold, will not be able to prevent the perfect operation of the Law of Transmutation when the hour strikes for its expression. For the time has come when the authority of government and the progression of the people are vested in the Laws of Being (Lord) and not in a moneyed group of people who deceive themselves in thinking that limitation of gold to the many is the true function of government. Gold is the essence of Christ in its true interpretation and will be absolutely controlled by Christ's own at His coming, the Divine Spirit (Christ) being resident in consciousness and resurrected as a god-state of being. This god-being will break all limitations and restore the planet to its harmonious state.

In the meantime, commerce and politics, the two poles of government, together with science and religion, will struggle in their death throes dissolving the old order of things in the without while the Church Triumphant unfolds her powers on the underside of consciousness preparatory toward subjecting all things to Christ and establishing the planet in order and righteousness.

Mysticism of the United States Government

The Eye of the Reverse Seal symbolizes the Mother Principle of Being gained as the Body of light. The Body is Humanity, the helpmeet of God by which the powers of the Infinite are made visible. This Seal for the U. S. government, while yet not legally used will be called into action by a Law higher than those affected by legislation. If it is yet unrecognized by those in governmental authority it is only because they are not in the light but are the forces by which the old order is to be destroyed. It will reveal itself in Life and then be set up as the Emblem of Truth and Purity.

The Woman referred to in the Twelfth chapter of Revelation is symbolized by the Goddess of Liberty. She is the complement of the Man Christ Principle, the Queen of the King under whose authority the "New Order in the Ages" is identified. The opening of the New Order will bring to pass the fourth dimensional man and world, or consciousness freed from materiality and death. The New Order was esoterically opened in November, 1922, and when its fruits are revealed, the gods who form the Church side of the Manchild will be manifested. At this time many creative signs were revealed and witnessed by the writer as well as many revelations given pertaining to the establishment of a New Order of Life. An Eye was seen in the sun and a cross in the moon typifying the rising of the "Son of righteousness" and the "crossing out of the present unholy sexual relations of the race."

The word America is made up of three roots, Am, being the Creative Feminine mystically known as Om, the Am of I AM or Deity. Eri represents the descendants of Er, the main branch of the offspring of Noah, and later from Abraham who went out from Ur. Ca is the feminine form of an Aryan root word, thus the word America is feminine in its beginning and its end, with the development from Noah of the physical faculties of consciousness; that is, the finished progression of form with spirit simultaneously gained. The united spirit and body indicate a united ego, that is, male-female principles joined in Creative function. This is the character of the "children of Israel" whose spirits are reincarnated at the end of physical progression, they being the beginning and the end of this generation. Their resurrection ushers in the "New order in the Ages" of which Isaiah wrote, "Hail to the land shadowing with wings (ascending powers) which is beyond the rivers of Ethiopia (darkness of life forces progressed). All ye inhabitants of the world and dwellers on the earth, see ye when he lifteth up an ensign (standard; antitype or that after which other nations are patterned) on the mountains" (lofty attainments).

The Eagle of the obverse seal of the U. S. as well as the emblem on our coinage symbolizes youth and eternal life. It is the masculine pole of the Seal while the Eye is the feminine pole. The Eagle typifies the capacity to ever ascend above the present progression. Jesus states "where the carcass is there shall the eagles be gathered." That is, where mortality and death culminate there shall eternal life and youth arise.

The "Stars" of the Flag represent Man (Man and Woman) in a Field of Truth (blue) and the "stripes" of red and white represent Power (red) and Purity (white) that can never know defeat. The "stripes" are symbolical also of the disciples, the Pilgrim Fathers' colonies, and the attainment of the Body of Man unto eternal life. The forty-eight states are forty-eight stars of the "winged constellations" that govern the U. S. Thirteen is the mystical number of the U. S., it representing the Twelve Centers of Creative Power and the governing Christ Principle. The symbology of this government aligns perfectly to the Creative Principles, and it is science rather than sentiment that enables the writer to know that -

Here will be found the Faithful, True,
A willing group who dare and do;
A faithful Host of Freedom's Sons,
Reborn in Christ - his Kingdom won!

LIBERTY'S TRIUMPH

Mine Eye beholds the coming of the righteous race of Man,
Who will overthrow all evil and for Truth and justice stand;
Who will bring the whole creation to the love of God again,
Through Truth that maketh free.

This Race of free-born people shall then form the righteous Earth,
A Brotherhood of Nations joined as one in Love's rebirth;
Who through Christ, the Lord Almighty, shall gain eternal worth,
For Truth shall make them free.

I see His Spirit conquering the greed's and hates of men;
A group of faithful followers whose powers with Christ blend;
Who clothed in "righteous garments" the Word of Truth do send
That maketh all men free.

I know the gospel message that shall make for Liberty,
"As ye do unto thy brother so ye do it unto Me;"
For the least unto the greatest shall within His Kingdom be,
When Truth shall make all free.

Oh, the beauty of a Kingdom freed from sin and death and woe!
A people born of Spirit who the truths of Life do know!
The Eden of Creation gained as Heaven here below,
With Man, triumphant! free!
