Divine Power & Monetary Power

Divine Power is the Causative impetus of all power. Monetary power is the objectification in the earth of the Divine Power. This is not to say that Monetary Power, as it functions in the world, is the Divine Power, but that the Divine Power, objectifying itself on the plane of the world, necessarily reverses its activities. If Divine Power could express directly in the race and the affairs of the world, we would have a harmonious man and a harmonious environment in which he would live, but this is not the case. The Law of Reversal governs mortal evolution, setting in at the end of mortality to conform the forces developed to the Divine Power controlling all things. through controlling Monetary Power.

Divine Power utilizes the same things to tear down a civilization that it does to build it up. This is possible in the Law of Reversal. We have a kind of a man, called mankind, evolved in mortality, with the potential capacities of the Real Man expected to be gained at the end of mortality. But this gain is not in the gains of mortal progression, but in the consciousness of people who have subjected the forces of mortality to innate Principles, by which these Principles can give them rebirth and Passover to Immortality, that follows the order of Mortality. The Real Man is gained when consciousness is conformed to the innate Laws and Principles of Being, and is identified in an environment in which Righteous Government and Finance will prevail. Therefore the real Monetary Power would be manifested when the function of Government is conformed to the demands of the Divine Power, this also conforming the consciousness of Man to be governed by its Laws. This involves understanding the spurious mankind and its system of Government, by which the Truth of the Real Man and the Real Government identifies itself in reality and fact.

Divine Power

Divine Power issues from the Creator. The Creator is working out its Creation. It works by means of Consciousness, identified as men and women. Men must attain first to the Man consciousness and women to the Woman consciousness, before the first-fruits of the Creation are brought forth as united male-females, or Man-Woman in character. The Plan of Creation is revealed in Time. It first brings forth itself as Man, in whom is innately Woman, this being called the first coming of Christ. This man was identified as "Jesus," meaning "God with us." That is to say, that Consciousness had progressed so as to be conformed in the qualities of Spirit, Soul, Mind, and Body, to the innate Principles and Laws of Being, thus revealing the divine-human identity that was created from the foundation of the world to appear among men. The identification on the spiritual plane of the innate Principles and the application of the Principles to the Life of the race, are associated with the Cross of Christ. The Cross of Christ is the crossing into the race, in the Law and Way of God, of the Qualities of God, Christ, and Man, gained in the Man-Consciousness, this being like light from the sun projected into the consciousness of the race, in which all men and women live and move and have their being. The result of this Cross is the resurrection at the end of Mortality of the Spirit of Christ from the hell or grave of the race, as well as the coming down from above the ascended Qualities of Being that always ascend to the "bosom of the Father" (Laws of Being), at a movement of God in the race.

The resurrected result of the Cross of Christ, operative in the first coming, is the identification at the end of Mortality of the Woman-Consciousness, in which is innately the Man. Through the revelation of the Man and the Woman Principles of Being, in Man and in Woman Consciousness, the Plan of Creation is identified at Center, and the circumferential work of proving up the race begins. This marks the end of the Old Order and the beginning of the Order of Immortality. But the outworking of a New Order, as from the Creative Laws necessitates a New Order in the Ages on the plane of the race, giving rise to Governmental and Financial adjustments; for the reborn race must have a system under which to live that is compatible with its changed capacity of expression. The introduction of the New Spirit as Christ's first coming is counterparted with the introduction of the spirit of a New Body as Christ's second coming, this necessitating the manifestation of the New heavens and the new earth, in which Righteousness shall dwell. These are identified as new states of mind, and new bodily expressions at the end of Mortality, now ending. The New Order in the Ages is working out from the interior planes at the same time that the Old Order is dying down.

The Divine Power is at all times controlling the race, by which it is made to conform to a certain Plan, idealized from the beginning of Time; yet, it is not until the Creator has its identity in consciousness, first as Man and last as Woman, in Time, that its absolute forces and qualities can be projected into the race to bring to pass the fruit of its Plan. The conditions in the race today are directly traceable to an action of Divine Power. This is known and witnessed within the spiritual domain of consciousness, by which connection is made with the Plan of Creation within the Consciousness. The bringing into activity the last century the forces of women in the race, industrially, religiously, politically, symbolize the quickening within the inner domains of Consciousness of the Feminine Power of God, by which the New Order in the Ages not only comes to pass, but by which the Principles of Creation existent before Mortality and the era of Time are actually identified, to perform the work of bringing Mortality to an end and projecting the Principles to govern Immortality. The Kingdom of Christ, or Principles of Being, is not of this world. A new world must be fashioned in which consciousness can function the Qualities of Being and in which the Real Humanity may live. This new world is the new thing brought into expression through the action of Divine Power, superseding the powers of men and of Man with the Powers of Woman. Woman is the Principle of Divine Love, while Man is the Principle of Divine Wisdom, though the two are one as Christ-Consciousness, the Central Throne from which the Divine Power is projected into the race,

Monetary Power

Power is the visible effect of the act of the Will. The Will to act is prompted by the Love to be. The Love to be is the impetus of Being to make a man, but consciousness not knowing the Laws of its being makes a counterfeit man in a counterfeit world. The means of making the counterfeit man is the making of money. The making of money, by which a counterfeit man is made is under a counterfeit government. By counterfeit is meant, not the reality; a symbolical representation of a Real state to be manifested when consciousness is in the knowledge of the Laws governing Life and can act upon them. The symbolical must precede the reality, without which consciousness would not be developed so as to have faculties of spirit. soul, mind, and body, by which it can know and be.

Monetary Power is the basis of rulership on the plane of effects, on the plane of Government. It is the visible sign of material energies expressed, energies of spirit, soul, mind and body. All material energies are the effect of spiritual energies, therefore all material energies are reducible to spiritual energies; even as all spiritual energies projected to the visible plane are lost in the darkness of material evolution, until they manifest the consciousness of themselves, and can project their form of being. Spiritual energies or qualities project their form of being when the material energies are ready to disappear. The New wine of Spirit is never put into the old wineskins or forms of expression. In reality, it is the appearance of the energies and qualities of Spirit that causes material energies and forces to disappear. This involves the reduction of monetary power to its equivalent spiritual energy, by which the energy of the truth of finances can penetrate the world of effects to manifest a Righteous System of Finance; but this is done in an operation of Truth and not on the scientific plane, which Technocracy reflects and which would attempt to reduce the term of value to electrical energy.

The reduction of Monetary Power to its equivalent energy of Divine Power is through the understanding of Truth, made known through the Spirit of Truth. Therefore, it is not a Mussolini or a Lincoln who can control Monetary Power, but Christ, the Truth. Since Christ is not a phantom of the past or in the skies, but is the Principles of Being known, it is given to one in whom these Principles have unfolded to serve the Divine Power toward establishing Righteous Government and Finance, and for this reason it is written that Government that is without end and which increases in righteousness, is upon the shoulder of Christ. In the second action of the Creator, as the second coming of Christ, the Divine Powers embrace the physical domain as well as the spiritual, reducing both the material governments and their financial powers to naught; in the presence of the operation of Divine Laws to manifest the realities of being and the righteous expression of the race.

Divine Power at Center becomes in reversal Monetary Power at circumference. The reduction of Monetary Power to its equivalent spiritual energies through understanding Finance, is the subjection of Monetary Power to the Divine Power. This is proven in relation to other things. The reduction of anger to the qualities of Peace, so as to offset the capacity of being angry, is to annihilate the forces of anger and to bring them to cessation and naught. The understanding of anything misunderstood is to eliminate the forces of misunderstanding. The understanding of Monetary Power through the knowledge of Divine Power is the reduction of the forces of Monetary Power to naught. It is a case of God choosing the things that are not, to bring to naught the things that are; or the things considered weak in this world to bring to naught that considered strong.

Monetary Power is the result of the powers of consciousness expressed in forms of work. Work is the means by which Consciousness is developed by which Man is made. Monetary Power is the result of man's effort to make himself or herself, therefore, the belief that people live to make money. People live to make themselves in the Image and Likeness of their Maker. Making money is only an incentive by which people are forced to make themselves, yet, when they have symbolically made themselves by means of money they begin to make the Real Self in spite of money. Such is the Test upon the world today. How many can perceive that Man is greater than Money, and the Power of the Divine greater than the Powers of the world? The translation of the Powers of Money to the invisible plane is through understanding Finance in relation to the Divine Power. This permits the Divine Power to form a new current of Finance, in keeping with the new form of consciousness now being progressed to inhabit the new world that is manifested when the Governing Authority of God and Christ is set up, as it is already.

Those in whom the powers of Money are reduced to the premise of Divine Power, through understanding the relation of Monetary Power to Divine Power, are eligible to pass over to the New Order in the Ages. These prove their supremacy over monetary powers through mental and spiritual advancement. These become the servants of the Divine Powers by which the Love of the Neighbor is promoted. The Love of the Neighbor takes universal form in the establishment of Righteous Government and Finance. The Principles relating to Righteous Government and Finance issue from the Divine Power, and are made known to a Consciousness governed in the Divine Laws. Therefore, the application of these Laws to the entire national group, in form of Government and Finance being premised to Principles, is the means by which the entire group eventually comes under the authority of God and Christ, this establishing the Kingdom of Heaven in the Earth, and bringing the planet to redemption. This is the Goal set from the foundation of the world, and which is destined to be perceived (seen) and received (obeyed) at the end of Mortality or Time.

The Law of Reversal

The Law of Reversal is innate in the making of Man and the plane in which he is to function. Without the Law of Reversal, there would be nothing formed that had consciousness or sense. If the Law of Reversal did not exist, what is called God would automatically produce Man and the Man produced would be in a state of Perfection without self-conscious knowledge. This Man, strange as it may sound, would be a Perfect Fool, devoid of knowledge. This presupposes God as a Personal Potentate, making a Man and a world in arbitrary Power. God is not Person but Principle. Principle unfolds by means of Consciousness. Consciousness, conscious of Itself is the beginning of Man. Man is the manifestation of God when consciously identified. Man is consciously identified when conscious of the Principles governing the Being, these Principles being Christ, the identification of God in the consciousness. God as Principles of Being, projected its Qualities of Principles to fashion Man, these Qualities becoming versed to Principles on the plane of form. In their versed aspect they have produced a kind of a Man in which is the possibility of producing a Real Man, who will have conscious consciousness of Himself or Herself as well as having consciousness of the Principles of Being or God.

The Perfection of Creation can not be manifested without a conscious Consciousness in which the Principles making for Perfection can unfold. Hence, the necessity in the Law of Progression of the Qualities becoming versed on the plane of matter or the world. This gave rise to the necessity in the Law of Progression the last century of reversing the tendencies developed on the sense plane, that the mental equivalent and spiritual knowledge that follow this reversal might unfold. As mentality was reversed from the without to the within, connection was made, when conscious progression permitted, with the Inner Spirit by which the Principles of Being could be made known as Truth. This knowledge is through an action of the Principles within a consciousness sufficiently subjected to the Within to permit the action. This consciousness is the Christ consciousness by which Truth is identified among men as the second coming of Christ. This Christ-Consciousness is the Throne of the Power of God, by which the Great Reversal is enacted. The Great Reversal at the end of Mortality is in effect the restoration of consciousness to conformity to the Divine Laws and Principles, in contradistinction to consciousness being necessarily turned away at the beginning of Time. This necessary turn at the end of Time is the Great Revolution of the Universe, a change of elements on all planes. This necessity is accompanied with reversal of that which made for mortal evolution, this being the reversal of thought, feeling, action, within, and counterparted in the without by a reversed race mind, emotional nature, and industrial expressions.

The Law of Reversal having operated to permit consciousness to unfold during mortality, by which it would be self-conscious so as to attain to the Freedom of the Creator, must complete itself by reversing from matter to Spirit all who can make the turn, pending the establishment of the New Order or Immortality. Having set a development in reversal to Itself, the Divine Power became on the plane of mortality Monetary Power. To effect the Reversal of the consciousness of the race mortally progressed, the Divine Power uses Monetary Power in a state of reversal. Hence, mortality closes on a wave of reverses by which that utilized to form the material world is used to destroy the material world. The reversed consciousness of the evolving race is under the authority of the Adversary. The Adversary is that which is adverse to the Divine Powers; but this adversal is incidental to the reversed forces growing in momentum to promote freedom of self-consciousness, until the powers of the world are positioned in reverse relation to the Powers of God. Yet, this is not without a purpose in the Law that governs all things.

When the Divine Powers can function, by means of a consciousness attuned to them, it is because such a consciousness has mastered the forces of adversity, and is an overcomer of the world, the flesh, and the devil. When the forces of the world have been overcome, and subjected to the authority of Divine Power, the Divine Power enters into the forces of the world by subjecting the Overcomer, in its own Law of the Cross, to the worldly forces; this carrying down toward the race the Powers of Creation and carrying up to the Overcomer and those centralized in overcoming the forces of the world, breaking up the first heaven (spiritual domains) and the first earth (material domains), but for the purpose of forming the Substance-essence by which the New Spirit and Body are manifested; and the authority of Divine Power is set up in the earth. Adversity is the natural end of mortality. The Adversary, the lord of the adverse forces, is controlled by Christ, the Lord of the Divine Powers, and all things in the race are made to serve the Cause of the Divine Plan. That the racial things serve adversely to Harmony and Truth is not a calamity but a means in the Divine Laws by which mortality is reduced to naught and the Principles of Immortality revealed in their application to the race and its expression.

Government and Monetary Power

Monetary Power, nationally pivoted, is the function of Government. The Government of the United States is patterned, in its principles, after the Divine Plan. This is not to say that the Government of the United States conforms to the Divine Plan, but in the Law of Reversal it is an exact symbol of the Plan, but it requires the reversal of its material spirit and body to conform it to the requirements of the Divine Plan; and to reveal the actuality of the Principles upon which this Government rests. Instead of coming to Freedom at the end of its material course, it comes to bondage. This bondage is effected through Monetary Power; but Monetary Power, properly subjected to the Divine Power will institute the turnover by which the Freedom idealized for the people of the United States will genuinely come to pass. This Reversal has already set in, it having for its purpose the revealing of those who are ready for the genuine Freedom that Truth brings. The readiness consists of proper mental qualities, poised feeling forces, desire for genuine liberty, and the capacity to be conformed on the plane of the body to the Principles of Righteous Government, by which righteous Monetary Power will express.

There are plenty of people in the United States who think we live for material well-being, and who feel that there is nothing so desirable as plenty of money and the power it promotes. This is not the Plan of the Creator, that material consciousness should be satisfied with its material accomplishments, but rather that consciousness shall come to repulsion toward the material existence. This is accomplished in two ways; first, by understanding the material activities as falling short of the Principles of the Spirit, and devoting oneself to the unfoldment of the Principles, and, secondly, by the conditions of material existence becoming such as to force repulsion to them and desire to be free from the bondage's they incur; this being equivalent in the race mind to desire for freedom and the Principles of the New Order. When Man is established in righteous relation to his Maker, he will live in a world in which he will not need to be anxious about what he shall eat, or what he shall put on; for the system of Government under which he lives will secure him in his seven inalienable rights, and harmony will prevail.

The mortal man cannot inherit the Harmonies of the Divine Power. He must be reborn. Rebirth for the race is affected through the trial that comes upon the earth, at the end of Time, to prove the people who are in the earth; to determine their fitness to pass over to a New Order of Progression. Since in the material evolution man makes money to make himself symbolically, it follows that he will really make himself by making money conform to the Divine Power and the constructive needs of the race. The bringing to depression or lack of activity the Monetary Powers is one way the Divine Laws use, in their action of Reversal, to bring Man to the comprehension of the Real Self. The outer things known from the underlying governing qualities is a reduction of the outer things to cessation. It also follows that the Real Self of Man known is a reduction to incapacity of expression of the spurious nature of man. Divine Power, the cause of Monetary Power, known, is to make unknown the Monetary Power; even as in the Law of Reversal the failure to know the Divine Powers led to the development of the powers of the world and the material nature of Man.

The Monetary Power usurped to the material man the use of the unfolding Qualities and materialized itself and the nature of man. This is permitted in the necessity of progression, but it comes to an end. Man is expected to attain to the truth of his own being, which is also to attain to the truth of the Laws governing all beings or the race. Therefore, the revelation of the first Man and the first Woman is the revelation of the knowledge by which Righteous Government shall reign for all people who can receive it. Righteous Government cannot set itself upon the materially minded people, but they must be changed; therefore in the Law of Reversal, the things they materially know are used to destroy themselves and the materiality of the world they have produced. Now the whole world placed in a position to repulse the untruths and unrighteous expressions of Monetary Power, which is also to repulse the functioning of Government that permits their ungodly activities. Monetary Power must be conformed to Divine Power but not in supernatural ways, for Government, when properly positioned is the objectification of the Government of the Divine Laws; therefore, Money, the function of Government, is also conformed to the Principles of Truth and Harmony.

Governmental love is governmental power, and governmental power is financial power. The Love of the Neighbor, the righteous relation of the race, can be expressed when Monetary Power is functioned under Righteous Government. Since the Love of the Neighbor is the second commandment, and issues because of the first, it follows that those who love the Lord or Divine Laws with all the spirit, soul, mind, and body are used to promote Righteous Government, by which the Love of the Neighbor will be expressed. All things directly or indirectly issue from the One Power, therefore all things, directly or indirectly come under the rulership of Divine Power at the end of mortality (now ending). Monetary Power today is being controlled by Divine Power in a way that it relates to the One Power, in Law of Progression.

Monetary Power is the physically expressed energies of Man. Divine Power is the spiritually expressed energies. When the physical powers have reached their limit in materiality, they come to cessation, but not without the quickening of spiritual powers to which they are subjected. We cannot expect to be restored to normal material Monetary Power, nor should we desire such a restoration. But all who Love the supremacy of the Divine Power trust that the reality of being will now be revealed, and with it a Righteous System of Monetary Power by which Government, as it was intended to express, will function. Monetary Power must be patterned after the Divine Power. Divine Power is vested in One. Monetary Power must be vested in One. This is the One Dollar from which all Dollars issue. Government, an agreement of the people to exercise their Seven inalienable Rights, viz., Food, Clothing, Shelter, Recreation, Education, Security, Peace. must control its Monetary Power to the harmonious interests of all governed.

In the Righteous Order of Life, identified as Immortality, Monetary Power will be an expression of Divine Power, governmentally, and all activities under Government will operate to bring the people governed into conformity to the Laws issuing from Divine Power; for the Laws of Righteous Government issue from the Government of God and operate to govern all people righteously as respecting Government, and its Function, Monetary Power.
