Rededication Of The Principles Of The Declaration Of Independence

(For the Fulfilment of the Destiny of the United States)

EOM Ida Mingle

When in the course of the unfoldment of the race, it becomes necessary for a group of people to dissolve the political ties that have governed the material unfoldment of the nation, and to take our position among the powers of the earth, a distinct and separate position to which the Laws of Progression and our understanding of God entitle us, a righteous consideration of the opinions of our fellow-countrymen demands that we shall declare the causes which impel this position.

We hold that the Principles set forth in our DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE are, and should be, applicable to the affairs of the nation today; that a rededication to these Principles, on the part of those who have the love of their country at heart, is essential toward the establishment of the realities of these Principles, as well as toward the fulfillment of the destiny of the United States. We hold that this fulfillment will usher in genuine independence and freedom, forever removing the yoke of material bondage from this national group. That the United States, established in genuine independence and freedom shall become an Ensign to all nations, fathering and mothering all national groups into capacity of righteous government. We hold that in this is the fulfillment, not only of the Cause of Independence and Freedom, but of the Plan of God among men, Righteous Government being the means by which living may be attuned to the Inner Spirit and all things made to yield peaceful fruit to the honor of men and the glory of God.

"WE HOLD THESE TRUTHS TO BE SELF-EVIDENT; THAT ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL, THAT THEY ARE ENDOWED BY THEIR CREATOR WITH CERTAIN INALIENABLE RIGHTS; THAT AMONG THESE ARE, LIFE, LIBERTY AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS. THAT TO SECURE THESE RIGHTS GOVERNMENTS ARE INSTITUTED AMONG MEN, DERIVING THEIR POWERS FROM THE CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED; THAT WHENEVER ANY FORM OF GOVERNMENT BECOMES DESTRUCTIVE OF THESE ENDS, IT IS THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO ALTER OR TO ABOLISH IT, AND TO INSTITUTE NEW GOVERNMENT, LAYING ITS FOUNDATIONS ON SUCH PRINCIPLES AND ORGANIZING ITS POWERS IN SUCH FORM AS TO THEM SHALL SEEM MOST LIKELY TO EFFECT THEIR SAFETY AND HAPPINESS."

"WE HOLD THESE TRUTHS TO BE SELF-EVIDENT; THAT ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL." In the spirit of this equality we arise to claim our Rights under government; the equal right to a voice in government, free from the dominancy of party machine or financial cliques that have controlled the activities of this government in the closing years of its material progression. Created equal, it is now time that this ideal became an actuality in the affairs of government. This equality, under government, can only be evidenced in the equal use of the WORD-STANDARD of Value, called the DOLLAR. This equality under government must be governmentally established, restoring people to their God-intended position as free men and free women.

"THAT THEY ARE ENDOWED BY THEIR CREATOR WITH CERTAIN INALIENABLE RIGHTS." We hold these Rights to be, viz: The right to FOOD, CLOTHING, SHELTER, RECREATION, EDUCATION, SECURITY, PEACE. We hold these Rights conform to the Seven Qualities of Being with which man is endowed by his Creator, viz., the right to SUBSTANCE, WISDOM, WILL, LOVE, UNDERSTANDING, LIFE, TRUTH. We hold that only through the exercise of our SEVEN RIGHTS, under government, can we unfold the SEVEN QUALITIES of our being, and be in actuality the Man the Creator has idealized to express in the earth in the Love of God and in the love of the neighbor.

"THAT AMONG THESE ARE LIFE, LIBERTY, AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS." We hold that the equal exercise of our SEVEN RIGHTS which are our SEVEN QUALITIES, under government, will ultimate in life, liberty and happiness attained. That we have pursued the search for happiness and have found it only in the establishment of the Principles of God governing the nature of man. That these Principles must be expressed in the exercise of the SEVEN RIGHTS under government, viz., the right to FOOD, CLOTHING SHELTER, RECREATION, EDUCATION, SECURITY, PEACE, to assure the freedom of Life's expression as liberty and happiness.

"THAT TO SECURE THESE RIGHTS GOVERNMENTS ARE INSTITUTED AMONG MEN, DERIVING THEIR POWERS FROM THE CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED." That to secure the exercise of our SEVEN RIGHTS under government, which is the exercise of the SEVEN QUALITIES of the nature of man, governments must be instituted among men, deriving their power from the most highly advanced of the people governed. That the most advanced people in a government is the seat of the ruling power, and, moreover, this group being unfolded to understand the Power of the Government of God over them, is best fitted to institute government of men by which they can be connected with this Ruling Power. That even as the early patriots, actuated by a spirit of devotion to God and to their Country's cause declared the DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE, so, now, we, the people, devoted to a like Cause, that of LIBERTY FOR ALL HUMANITY, covenant ourselves anew toward the fulfillment of the Ideals cherished by our forefathers and our foremothers. That in this Spirit a REDEDICATION OF THE PRINCIPLES OF THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE declared by our forefathers and by our foremothers, is in order, and is so here declared.

"THAT WHENEVER ANY FORM OF GOVERNMENT BECOMES DESTRUCTIVE OF THESE ENDS, IT IS THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO ALTER OR TO ABOLISH IT, AND TO INSTITUTE NEW GOVERNMENT LAYING ITS FOUNDATIONS ON SUCH PRINCIPLES AND ORGANIZING ITS POWERS IN SUCH FORM AS TO THEM SHALL SEEM MOST LIKELY TO EFFECT THEIR SAFETY AND HAPPINESS." We hold that whenever any form of government becomes destructive to the outworking of the life, liberty, and happiness of the people governed, and does not in reality consider the self-evident truth, that all men are created equal, and are endowed by God with certain inalienable rights, that should be fostered in people by government, that it is the right of the people today to join their spirits with the spirits of the patriots who gave their lives to the Cause of God and their Country in living ways; we hold it is the right of the people today, illumined by Wisdom and actuated by Love, to institute a new spirit and form of government, laying its foundations upon Principles discovered to be the basic governing powers of the life of man; and, further, to organize these powers in such form as shall seem most likely to promote the safety and happiness of the people of the United States, and from them restored to Order and Justice, restore the people of the world.

We hold the necessity to alter the functions of government, progressed in materialism and selfishness of spirit, so that its Principles may be renewed and they take such forms as to restore to the people of the United States the full rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. We hold that the foundation Principles of the Government of the United States, conceived in liberty, and dedicated to the Cause that all men are created equal, do not need to be abolished, but that the affairs of the government of the United States need to be so purged of corruption and distortion, of party machinery and financial control, that the underlying spirit and form of Government, reposing in the hearts of all patriots, may come full-blown into our midst, bringing forth a harvest of men and women who need not be ashamed before God or their fellowman of anything operative in the Government under which they live and promote the well-being of themselves, and of their fellowman. That only by this purging and sequential establishment of the Principles of Government herein set forth can the safety and happiness of the people of the United States be assured.

"PRUDENCE, INDEED,WILL DICTATE THAT GOVERNMENTS LONG ESTABLISHED SHOULD NOT BE CHANGED FOR LIGHT AND TRANSIENT CAUSES: AND ACCORDINGLY, ALL EXPERIENCE HAS SHOWN THAT MANKIND ARE MORE DISPOSED TO SUFFER, WHILE EVILS ARE SUFFERABLE, THAN TO RIGHT THEMSELVES BY ABOLISHING THE FORMS TO WHICH THEY ARE ACCUSTOMED."

Prudence still dictates that a government, founded in the spirit of Love of God and love for country, such as characterized the foundation of the government of the United States, shall not be changed for light and transient causes; but, that having grown up in the symbol of itself, and come to the end of its materialistic existence, it now behooves those in the love of Country and in the Love of God, to establish the government of the United States in the reality of the Spirit of Liberty for humanity that brought it forth. We hold that the people of the United States have come to an end of their disposition to suffer the evils that necessarily arose in the course of the nation's material progression, but, that governed by Wisdom, and prompted by Love, they can now throw off this yoke of necessity and incorporate into government the actuality of their high ideals. We hold they need to abolish the forms of government expression that have characterized this country, politically and financially dominated, however necessary this domination may have been in the unfoldment of the material form of the government to be manifested among men in these United States. That it is now time to abolish these forms of governmental expression that lack the Spirit of Liberty and Equality, so that the necessity of suffering may be brought to an end, and the liberty of a free people, governed by Wisdom and Love, may be manifested among us to the good of all, ourselves, and the peoples of the world; and to the glory and honor of God, our Father-Mother, who would make us a people with whom Divine Principles might tabernacle and we with them.

"BUT WHEN A LONG TRAIN OF ABUSES AND USURPATIONS, PURSUING INVARIABLY THE SAME OBJECT, EVIDENCES A DESIGN TO REDUCE THEM UNDER ABSOLUTE DESPOTISM, IT IS THEIR RIGHT, IT IS THEIR DUTY TO THROW OFF SUCH GOVERNMENT, AND TO PROVIDE NEW GUARDS FOR THEIR FUTURE SECURITY. "

A long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object, that of greed, and material dominancy, evinces today the design of reducing to despotism the people of the United States; to bring them under the rule of the spirit of European civilization through political and financial efforts to subject the spirit of the people to the spirit of financial power. A long train of abuses and usurpations has pursued the function of government, having invariably the same object, that of greed and selfishness, induced by the failure of a government to assert its financial freedom and to exalt the spirit of man, rather than to seek to dominate them through being dominated by the spirit of money. That especially these closing years of the materialistic existence of these United States have uncovered fraud and trickery, greed and inequality, with efforts of financiers and politicians, by whom the government of the people has been particularly dominated, to impose bondages and limitations upon the free people of these United States; this incurring a moral duty and the exercise of a governmental privilege, on the part of the lovers of Liberty, to provide "new guards for their future security."

New guards for the future security of the people of the United States are to be provided through the proper adaptation of the Principles of Government of the United States to an unfolding people. We hold that the security of a people, under government, is in the power of government, identified as Finance, being controlled for the benefit of the people governed, who as the government, are entitled to first consideration; that only by securing the people in the free and equal use of the WORD-DOLLAR Standard of Value of Government, will the necessity of the abuses and usurpation's existing under government cease.

The people have patiently suffered the injustices imposed upon them in these closing years of the materialistic existence of the governments of the world. The people of the United States have paid their karmic debt to the countries who gave them material birth, but which refused to give lodging to the free spirits arising in their midst, and which prompted the foundation of the government of the United States. We hold it is not the purpose of the Creator to bring the offspring of these free spirits again under the domination of those countries that refusing to cradle Liberty at its birth, refused to cradle those souls whose seeking after liberty led to the foundation of the government of the United States.

The people of the United States have suffered the indignities heaped upon them by the ruling powers of material government, who not discerning the spiritual destiny of the United States with open eyes and ears, have made themselves a party to the wishes and the controlling interests of materially minded people, politically and financially, reducing, as a result, the free people of these United States to a condition that borders onto desperation, active through the financial and political powers. Again, it has been easier to suffer while evils were sufferable, even at the expense of our own welfare, that humanity and consideration might express among a troubled people; and that we might give our cloak and our coat also, proving our humility and fraternalism.

But, that further pursuing such a course of conduct as has come to characterize the closing days of the material order of the government of the United States, would destroy the foundation principles, usurp the liberty of its people, it now becomes not only the right but the duty of every free-minded and progressive citizen to join in throwing off the yoke of political and financial bondage that the material unfoldment of this Country and of the world has of necessity imposed. That in throwing off these bondages we also supply their remedy, and provide "new guards" for the future security of not only the people of the United States, but the people of the world.

Such is now the necessity which constrains us to alter the former practice of the system of government and to institute among men the Principles of genuine Free Government, by which the people will have fellowship in equality as God created man to enjoy. To prove this, we marshall the candid facts to a waiting world.

Finance

I. FINANCE: The financial interests of the Government of the United States shall be vested in the people, as the government, and not in a privately-owned banking institution, Government being the agreement of the people to exercise their seven inalienable Rights, in the Name of the identified Standard of Value. The Government of the United States shall establish its Treasury Branches which will directly identify the Credit of citizens, the Credit in Word-Dollars, or in the accepted and identified Word of Standard of Value, offsetting the circulation of money in forms of metal, paper, or as a commodity. The Credit of the people shall not be administered by an Agency, either Governmental or banking, but be measured by each citizen in exchange for services rendered. Credit is the first national privilege of citizens, and is not to be usurped or used for private gain by a banking system nor shall the enumeration of Credit be vested in Congress, but be vested in the citizens themselves.

We hold that people should not pay for the use of their own credit, therefore would abolish interest thereby depriving people from using their own credit to make money. Money, rather shall be used to make man, he having direct financial recourse to the Treasury Branch to which he is assigned, meriting support to himself by properly supporting the economics of government in legitimate industry.

Agency administration of Credit, either by governmental heads who think they are the government, or by banking institutions, usurping the privilege of the citizens from promoting life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, shall end, and is so here declared.

It is here declared that the financial system of a government is the function of government, equally operative in service to all governed, therefore it is not to be placed in the hands of a few who selfishly exploit it in self-interests, deflating and inflating the currency of the country at will, receiving the actual money of the people in exchange for fictitious money, or their properties in lieu of capacity to redeem because of purposely controlled deflation. It is here declared that such a system of finance, being the death of the peace and security of the public, shall end and be no more. A system of financial administration shall be governmentally established, vested in the people, who have the privilege of administrating their own Credit. Through proper and scientifically premised Credit and citizenship, Debts, Interest, Taxes and Poverty shall be forever offset. The identification of the Standard Name of the Standard of Value in the Constitution, making a Word-Standard of Value, will offset the tendency of financial fluctuation, the root of panics and depressions. Man shall be the consideration of value under government and not money as a commodity. Money is a consciousness of value of services rendered and Credit merited, the Individual Merit System of Accrediting eliminating the circulation of so-called money. Money shall be seen as the Standard Word-Standard of Value, with its numbers of enumeration, and with each certified citizen having the privilege to exercise his or her first national privilege, that of receiving merited Credit for services rendered; that the government of the people shall assume its rightful authority over its function, administering financial credit for all the people. Equality under government is assured to all in the free use of Credit merited, according to the ability of each citizen to express in forms of services or work.

Taxation

2. TAXATION: Taxation shall be offset through the administration of the Individual Merit System of Accrediting, which operating as from a cash premise will provide the supply of every need, individually or racially. Governmental projects and improvements are promoted and worked out by citizens, such citizens assuming the Credit necessary to complete a project or improvement, everything made or built being free of encumbrance when completed.

TAXATION shall not be levied on property, real or personal, nor exist in any form, the scientific use of Credit automatically offsetting taxation. The citizen should not pay for the privilege of citizenship, therefore is not taxed nor charged an interest rate for the use of his or her own Credit. Violation of this fundamental principle and privilege of citizenship is the destruction of all nations, hence the declaration, "The power to tax is the power to destroy." Governments are not entities apart from the consciousness of the people who make up the government, but are an agreement of the people to exercise their Seven God-given Rights in the Name of their Value or in the Word-Standard of Value adopted by the people. The establishment of scientific government, through the establishment of the Individual Merit System of Accrediting is the promotion of Financial Security and Governmental Peace.

A demerit system will so operate with the Individual Merit System of Accrediting as will safeguard the interests of the people, with legal recourse to all whose Rights are in any way infringed upon. All citizens are required to work, when reaching the age of twenty-one years, in homes or in business, so as to qualify in the exercise of their Seven Rights. Business will be protected from the onslaughts made upon it by a fictitious financial system that thrives on debts, taxes and usury. Citizens are also assured disability and retirement compensation, compatible with their earning power, hence the need for governmental charity is automatically offset, all this operating to make taxes unnecessary.

Governmental Jurisdiction

3. GOVERNMENTAL JURISDICTION: Governmental jurisdiction shall be vested in One Party, representing the voice of the people. People may have many mediums of political expression, but only One National medium by which their desires can be made actual and real. Political factions shall not harass the people or in rivalry of each other disregard the common good. Commission form of government shall be utilized wherever possible, appointment resting in one recognized Head of each governmental activity, the Head of each governmental activity being vouched for by the people through their One Governmental Party. All people will have a part in the activities of this Party, through their representatives, elected through the function of the One Party, as well as having direct recourse to the One Head of each governmental department, national, state, city, county, school district and township.

Governmental Jurisdiction shall be vested in Congress and state legislatures, though partisan politics will be offset with a true understanding of scientific government, and the desire and will to serve the best interests of humanity. Political factions shall not harass the people or in rivalry of each other disregard the common good. A Party, American in Spirit, will arise that will act as supervisor over the governmental affairs of states and nation. Commissions shall be established that will pass upon candidates who seek office, both state and national, that their fitness may be determined, for the sake of all the people; and finally, the people educated in the American Principles of Government will be able to directly elect representatives who can serve the interests of scientific government and finance, thereby serving the righteous interest of all humanity.

The Legal System

4. THE LEGAL SYSTEM: Laws have been written upon our statute books purposely obscuring their meaning and meant only to most serve those who could most profit by them, offering no remedial measures to offenders whose position are often the result of inequality and inability under government to exercise their first three primal Rights, Food, Clothing and Shelter. Laws have been enacted without due regard to the common good and often officials in power have supported their adoption with their own selfish interests and prestige at heart, having little if any consideration for the mass of people or the human welfare, because often elected to serve the interests of political and financial leaders. While this has at times served the all, because of common interests, yet, the legality of Law has become so illegal as to plunge a mass of people into lawlessness, ever increasing their social and property insecurity.

The making of Laws, without regard to their enforcement, has become the pastime of officials elected to office, this fastening burdens upon the people while not securing adequate cooperation from government to keep a balance in their affairs and to provide industrial and financial security. Party machinery and financial prestige have so operated to control elections that the voice of the mass of people, raised in hope of better and more righteous government cannot be heard, nor their ideals given any attention, though these more perfectly seek the liberty and happiness of the all.

An entirely new LEGAL SYSTEM is now demanded, resting upon the exercise of the SEVEN RIGHTS of man, as herein set forth, with such a demerit system operative against those violating a citizen in the exercise of these rights as to keep the dishonest exposed and to prevent the hiding of iniquity under technicalities of Law. The duties of Judges, Lawyers, and Lawmakers shall be so defined in the new LEGAL SYSTEM that the voice of the people will be the controlling interest that prompts decisions. Simplicity rather than complexity is to characterize the statute books. Decisions shall be controlled by the exactness of the Legal System, which will make unnecessary and illegal the rendering of decisions today based upon citations of years ago. Officials, deprived of the pastime of law making, will not be needed, this removing a burden of election from the people. Only such will need to function in service to scientific government as are needed to safeguard the interests of the people.

Love shall not be unjust or unrighteous or favor one at the expense of another. They shall be remedial in spirit rather than militant. Every person is guaranteed a trial by jury and to be considered innocent in fact until proven guilty. In no event is punishment to consist of the death of the offender. The offender is to be considered fit for being taught and his life considered an opportunity by which the evil tendencies shall be offset and overcome. It shall be recognized that the duty of the government is to make the citizen, promoting humanity of consciousness by itself being humane. For it is realized that when one member of society suffers all suffer, and the state shall not, through punishment by death, bring added suffering to the mass of people.

The supervision of all state and national institutions shall not be politically controlled, but supervised by those most humane and best fitted by nature of development of intelligence and love to so serve; these to be chosen by governmental Heads, identified in each state, already sanctioned by the One American Party. The supervisors and assistants must themselves pass examination and be humanely qualified to fulfil their duties.

Immigration

5. IMMIGRATION: All people coming to the United States from other countries shall within a period of three years signify their intention of becoming naturalized or return to their native country. No one is to be allowed to promote himself in any country to which he does not bear whole-hearted allegiance. Consciousness of country is essential to the welfare of a nation and no foreign element is to be fostered in our midst, though opportunity to adopt this country as their own shall be given to all immigrants. A closing of our door to Immigration will eventually enact itself, though in a New Order.

Immigration laws, separating families because of mechanical or technical procedure and application, disregarding the humane interests of the people, are to be declared null and void, and such measures adopted respecting immigration as will preserve the American Spirit of this country as well as the spirit of liberty of people coming into our midst.

Religion

6. RELIGION: Religious liberty is to be recognized governmentally as characterizing people freed from all allegiance to doctrine cults, and creeds; who are able to worship God in Spirit and in Truth. This is to be seen as the graduating point by which citizens may genuinely serve the all, freed from all bias and prejudice, this to be considered an important factor in relation to governmental service, instead of being disregarded as has been the tendency in the order of materialistic government and religion.

Intelligent people shall know that as a man thinketh in his heart so is his conduct, and that religious devotion, free or bond, gives character to the governmental expression with which one may be vested. Therefore, for universal service, freed from favoritism and partiality, it is important that those serving the public be all-inclusive in thought and feeling, which freedom from all factional religions alone can establish. Freedom from partisan religion must be superseded by Freedom in Truth to qualify one for genuine universal service.

Religious factions shall be allowed to express, but shall be considered as stepping-stones of growth, and their devotees as states of consciousness needing to grow up under religious discipline, pending their attaining to the capacity to know the Truth which is automatically their freedom from all religious factions. Worshipping God in Spirit and in Truth, the love of the neighbor can express. Therefore those so positioned shall be regarded as the legitimate, impartial custodians of the welfare of the race.

Education

7. EDUCATION: Education shall be free to all people and obligatory to all between the ages of six and sixteen. No religious school shall be allowed to usurp the system of free education. Though from the age of sixteen to that of twenty-one, the youth may have special training along any line of expression, factional schools being permitted to exist until such times as the Laws of God, written upon the hearts and upon the minds of the people, reveal the freedom of Truth and establish devotion to the One Teacher, the Spirit of Truth within.

No child under the age of sixteen shall be deprived of public education and no religious school or one of factional tendencies shall be permitted to teach children under the age of sixteen. This is to safeguard the citizenship of the nation, giving all a free opportunity to partake of the educational system governmentally provided and promoted. When this age is reached, the student trained in generalities, common to a free educational system, will be best able to begin to think for himself or herself, and can be allowed choice as to his or her religious and civil progression, free from influences that would have turned the tender mind of the child in their direction to swell the coffers of the church or to enhance its prestige at the expense of depriving the child of his or her liberty to unfold, free from subtle influences that would exploit self-liberty and lay waste soul development.

A free educational system is to be construed to embrace such studies as will enlighten the mind and prepare every male and female for free and serviceable citizenship, preparing each for any vocation he or she may select. Governmental service as a qualified citizen cannot begin until the age of twenty-one, therefore, the youth can pursue his or her educational tendencies after the age of sixteen according as he or she desires. But prior to this age, the youth of the nation are nationally trained in the free educational system provided under scientific government to promote the interests of its citizenry.

FURTHER, We, the people of the United States, perceiving the destiny of our country and its high calling to identify righteous government among the people of the earth, do in the Name of Wisdom and Love, publish these truths to the world, rededicating ourselves to the Cause of LIBERTY FOR ALL HUMANITY.

We hold that the citizens of the United States should be free in fact as they are in ideal; that we are intelligent enough to throw off the yoke of bondage that materiality has necessarily imposed, at the same time putting on that wisdom and liberty of mind, and spirit of devotion to our Country's Cause that the love of God and of our neighbor dictate.

We hereby declare that the freedom idealized by our forefathers and our foremothers, and the PRINCIPLES OF LIBERTY begotten in their hearts and established by their life's blood, ought to be, and are so now declared to be.

We hold that the Government of the United States has grown up and can now put off the symbols of Liberty with their fallacies and put on the Truth and Liberty of a Free and Independent Government; that so establishing itself in the love of Country and the Cause of Liberty, we as citizens become the progenitors of LIBERTY FOR ALL HUMANITY: thereby fulfilling the love of the neighbor and the love of God, revealing this fulfillment in such actions as will make the Truths herein set forth actual among us to the honor of our Country and of our Country's God.

To this end we pledge our financial support, our love, our thought, and our services. Relying upon the Leadership from within, the Spirit of Truth, and its operation among men, we give our substance, thought, and love toward the establishment of the Free Government of the United States, in fact and in truth, even as it has been destined to be established.

We pledge ourselves to work for the Cause herein set forth as for God and for the LIBERTY OF ALL HUMANITY. Wisdom and Love direct our Course, and Justice, Peace, Equality and Security proclaim the fruits of our service.
